Small hidden treasures.

We really liked the place. There are some smaller mines where it is still possible to walk in to and explore, even if most of them are filled with water.. Dont for get a torch if you want to enter some of the mines. The only thing that is missing is a map that shows the area, with the different ruins and mines, so it is easy to overlook something.. Its an excellent place for families.

Here there is much interesting to see. Bring headlamp and be careful if you go into mine shafts. Perfect place for a hike and picnic.

The old goldmines are not very much devoleped as a tourist-attraction, but that is OK. It is set in a beautiful scenery and is perfect for a day out bringing your own food and making it a picnic.
This is a destination in the slow lane, making it perfect for a relaxing day.
