I didn’t go, but sent my 14 year old son off with a student helper. My son is dyspraxic and so doesn’t have much core strength and is reluctant to get out and have adventures. I can only report that the day was successful and everyone was kind and there was no pressure - except at the end when my son couldn’t bring he board in and was towed. I’ve heard subsequently that when it’s near your time to finish, you should make your way in. It’s good, healthy, well run and used by quite a few people I know who all rate it highly.
