We visietd the temple in Nov 2018 and it was worth visiting. All the mountains around are covered with snow . The temple is in main market and very clean. You can take photographs without restrictions. The garden around is also well maintained.

Baijnath temple is in the outskirts of Palampur, about 20 km. You can come to Palampur by bus, then hire a local car

let me clarify first that baidyanath shiva temple is in deoghar,jharkhand, patna to baidyanath takes 6hrs by road and 5.30 hrs by train.there are about 35 to 40 trains from patna baijnath shiva temple is in himachal... More

It takes 2 to 2.5 hours by bus from Dharamsala to Baijinath. To visit the temple and nearby it takes about one hour.
