This amazing sculpture garden on the outskirts of Stockholm is pretty amazing. Don't worry too much about the trip here as it really just amounts to a ride on the metro followed by a transfer to the bus and a short walk. You will be rewarded with infinite photographic opportunities. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time here. It's an easy metro ride from central and a one stop bus ride and short couple of hundred metre walk. The garden, statues and interiors are simply wonderful. There's also an excellent bistro/cafe. Highly recommended. Allow 3 hours at least with transport.

We loved the lower part of the Millesgarden that we were able to visit. We were not prepared for the immense number of stairs to climb to visit Carl Milles' home and the rest of the garden. We considered our visit a success, despited the limitations to our visit. An inspiring sculptor and a beautiful collection, all overlooking a scenic... More

Beautifully overlooking the sea, we loved our couple hours visit here. It really is a remarkable and special place. It was wonderful strolling around the sculpture park and the terraces. Silhouetted against the azure sky the sculptures looked phenomenal. One view we had of a group of flowing figures high on their plinths was breathtaking. The sounds of the ubiquitous... More

Don't miss this gem just outside Stockholm. This museum is full of sculptures fantastic design and exhibitions. The view is outstanding from the garden. The restaurant and café is fantastic overpriced, skip it.

This location might be a light hard to get to since it's hidden away on Lidingö. Open air museum with some wonderful statues and a Joseph Franks exhibit. The best part are the views back over Stockholm. We are at the restaurant which is not cheap but the food was very good as a good part of it is outdoors.

We loved this place, both the inside and open air part. The sculptures and the site are beautiful. Donot rush spare at least couple of hours to enjoy in a relaxed mood.

In the big summer exhibition designer Josef Frank is presented in a new context. The exhibition consists of four different parts, but the sculpture park is there if it becomes overwhelming.Come early to get a more comfortable walking in the area

EXhibit of Josef Frank's textiles and paintings was very interesting but main reason for visit on this perfect spring day was the sculptures by Milles. Breathtaking. So peaceful and beautiful. The parc is filled with his sculptures, all very special. Well worth the short underground and bus trip from city center.

A nice park/museum not far from the city center. It has a few different interesting exhibitions, a lot of sculptures, fountains etc. It's not very big, 2 hours is more than enough. But I have to say I wouldn't go there again. I paid 120 SEK for a student ticket, and it's definitely not worth the money. I was later... More
