We visited this place and shocked to see most of the homes their dont have doors. Also we had the lunch their which was very tasty which was provided for a very nominal price.

Temple is known for its mythological importance. But some people have made faith and religion as business. Touts are everywhere, starting from a black thread to a piece of metal everything they want sell in the name of Shanidev. Horrible people.

Yes there are buses from Ahmednagar to Shani Shingnapur. Once you reach there please do not talk to anybody otherwise you will be robbed off. Go straight to the temple and come out. If you want to take anything just buy it... More
