Not baby or allergy friendly. Awful unhelpful & very rude staff. I did not find it safe at all for my baby aged 1 yr & I was challenged by so called manager for feeding my baby who has allergies with his own food. They did not have any food there that was suitable for him & wouldn’t let me feed him with my own food. This was a while ago now & im still so angry with how I was treated

The play area itself is pretty good I’ve never had a problem. The separate toddler area is well equip and all other areas are good I visited with my 2 yr pls and 7 months old. I was casually feeding my baby some mushed up food that I had brought from home ( as I choose not to feed him pouches and I cook it all myself) when I was told by a member of staff we are not allowed to bring our own food. I questioned this as I was with 2 other groups and we ordered food for all of us but the 2 babies we had our own snacks. The reply was as they have the few pouches on sale they offer the food so you can’t bring your own. Personally I think this is disgusting dictating what you should feed your own baby when this should be a mothers choice. I’ve never used pouches (that’s just my choice) and I don’t intend to either. I never had this issue with my first baby but if that’s going to be the rule then I’ll not be visiting again for this reason and this reason only. It’s a real shame as it is a good play area just let down by such a ridiculous rule.
