The KOKO Lunch Club Goa is a very special day out offering you the chance to experience 'Goa beyond the Beach.' You begin your exclusive excursion with a guided tour of Goa's grandest, private mansion, showcasing the treasures of Goa's proud and fascinating heritage.

An utterly delicious and authentic five course Indo-Portuguese lunch will follow, served on the garden terrace of a restored seventeenth century priest's palacio. We will drop you back safely to your hotel at around 3 pm.

The cost of your all-inclusive day is Rs 2,900 per person from the South Goa (Canacona) area, and includes a fully hosted day out, private air-conditioned transport, fixed donations to help preserve Goa's heritage and of course quite possibly the best lunch you will ever enjoy when visiting Goa.

*Please kindly note an additional transport fee may apply for those guests travelling from outside Palolem, Patnem, Rajbag and Agonda. parts of Goa.

Everyone is most welcome on our KOKO Lunch Clubs, with both private excursions and fixed date tours available throughout the year.

My wife & I had a fantastic day out seeing another side of Goa. We were picked up just outside of our hut in Agonda beach. There were 5 people on the tour. Just a nice number for an outing such as this. Next we drove through the countryside to the town of Chandor to view the Braganza Mansion. There's... More

What a fab trip - so great to get out into the countryside and see some truly stunning old Portugese Houses. Braganza House is a jewel - with split personality - one side ordered and grand - the other faded and unruly. Then on to see the charming Palacio Del Daeos a 17th century house with lush formal gardens where... More

We enjoyed hearing some of the history of these fine homes as we toured, only to be rewarded with a 5+ course lunch and amazing... More

Wonderful experience would totally recommend. Seeing the houses and hearing their history and then having an excellent meal - just perfect. Couldn't fault in any way and big well done to Joanna who did a sterling job despite having a broken toe!

On a holiday in South Goa where I am having a great time it was a real treat to take a break from the Sun & the Sea & go on a Koko Lunch club trip. This for me was like being a time traveller going back to an old Goa that has long gone, stunning Portuguese mansions, crumbled &... More

This was a lovely thing to do as a break from lounging on the beach. We looked round three mansions and were given some history on all three. The highlight was the very tasty multi-course lunch served in the gardens of one of the properties. We were accompanied by a lovely guide, Shital, so it was very enjoyable to share... More

I visited some friends in south Goa during the monsoon and they recommended the KOKO Lunch Club to me. Although they had been on it twice before, my friends were very happy to go again – and it was easy to see why. First we had a tour of a private mansion, which was very grand (on one side) and... Many thanks for your lovely review. It was great to see your friends (and our now Lunch Club regulars) Mike and Kissy again - and of course to meet you. Palacio do Deao is beautiful in the rain, but hopefully your next visit will be a sunnier one so you can enjoy the gardens you so admired. I look forward... More

I visited the Koko Lunch club on a trip to Goa this year– and it was by far the most fun and interesting part of my trip. I didn’t know any of the other guests beforehand but our host Joanna picked us up individually by taxi in the morning and immediately put us all at ease. The Braganza mansions were... More

Firstly, Shital who was our guide for the day, could not have been nicer. Genuinely warm and friendly, she certainly made you feel at ease. The trip around the Portuguese house was fascinating, split into 2 halves, each owned by a sister, one side maintained beautifully and shown by a professional and knowledgeable lady (although we were tagged on to...
