Historically valued temple. Connects from Tirunelveli on a day tour by road. Part of Navathirupathi. The famous Alwar has meditated and transcended to his followers from this place. Important for Brahmins.

The temple is mesmerising in its beauty and the stories attached are brilliant. The beach besides the temple is nothing less than a world class experience. This is a bucket list item for sure.
