Woeful waits
In short, this is a park for youngish children.
The park has many rides but nowhere near enough staff.
Waits at rides are hugely long and utterly avoidable.
Example - log flume. 2 ‘logs’ running the course.
One member of staff running it, on a bank holiday weekend Saturday in August.
From start to finish, the operative slowly walks down the stairs to the ride, unlatched the gate, waits for the next log full of people to pass, casually latched the gate, ambles back up the steps, explains the ride and how to get on, waits as the log departs, watches for a while, ushers off last rider and then repeats.
Why on earth not run the 4 or 5 logs it is capable of?
Why no have a member of staff man the entry gate?
Why? Profit;
Avoid this place as you will spend hours of your day in a queue.

I spent 7(5 minutes aueuing for the log flume.
Insane.

Overall experience in the hotel was amazing. The staff was accommodating and the amenities were properly prepared for guests' use. The room was also in great shape upon checking-in. Highly recommended for couples and I would definitely go back here for a longer stay period.

This place will eventually have many Condos, a vineyard, etc., but already has nice restaurants with great views of the Tall lake & volcano. Problem is it's a long way from Tagaytay and the traffic is terrible on weekends. Plus everything is very expensive. Still worth a quick trip for a drink/food & a photo.

We traveled here with our two-year-old and three-month-old to escape the heat and pollution of the city. Twin Lakes is still under development and some of the promised attractions are not yet open, which is why I could only give it a "very good" rating at this time. If it is as awesome as it looks like it will be when complete, it will be a fantastic destination (complete with a winery!).

The views from Twin Lakes are incredible. It offers sweeping views of Taal and the lake. The restaurants are varied and of good quality. The prices for a tourist spot seemed reasonable.

If you go right now, there's not much to do other than enjoying a leisurely meal with beautiful views. I highly recommend it for that, but also suggest having a few other activities in mind if you make the drive.

If you’re a staying guests of Twin Lakes Hotel and you still have plenty of free time to stay in Tagaytay , make sure to include in your itinerary an ample time to stroll and explore around Twin Lakes Shopping Village, the township’s first commercial development comprised of Retail Shops, Food and Beverages/Bars,Supermarket and the equally-famous Welcoming Gate with its signature “Twin Lake” grammable signage. An added attraction in the village is the stunning view of Taal Lake through its overlooking view deck giving a free glimpse of the world’s smallest active volcano inside the small crater that is finely-coordinated with the fresh air, charming views, lush surroundings and magnificent view of the castle-inspired Twin Lakes Hotel from afar that is becoming a favorite subject among photography enthusiasts.

Aside from the scenic landscapes, cooler climate, and other natural attractions, Tagaytay is known for its variety of food destinations that most visitors find truly memorable to experience and satiate your cravings wonderfully. If you’re in the Twin Lakes Shopping Village will absolutely won’t disappoint your taste buds and craving stomach as it houses a variety of restaurants and cafes showcasing different features, themes, and concepts.

I had a chance to try three foodie destinations – a cafe, and two restaurants for a worth-filling and enjoyable food trippin’ pursuit. We started our food journey in Hap Chan Twin Lakes Branch which is part of the long-established leading authentic Chinese Restaurant Chain in the Philippines known for its classic Hong Kong dining experience concept. The next stop is the modern style French Cafe Le Creperie that specializes in Parisian meals, hearty dishes with distinctive European and taste and specialty desserts headlined by its well-loved signature crepes. For our last stop before heading back to Manila is the Filipino restaurant Bagoong Club that makes you savor and discover the unique and flavored Filipino dishes with their very own special Bagoong (a sauce or paste with made from fermented or salted fish) infused in their menu offerings. Another must-visit restaurant in the village, I swear (especially if you’re a Filipino food lover like me)!

Every restaurant in the Twin Lakes Shopping Village has its balcony or veranda overlooking the Taal Volcano and the Twin Lakes Hotel ideally for photography or solo and group shots or if your group preferred to eat outside the main dining area. It also has access to the petite ground at the back perfect to stroll around its greenery surroundings breathing the fresh air and taking some quality time with yourself and your loved ones (and significant behalf). There are spots in the area where you can have your favorite OOTD shots either your solo shot or with your family and friends.

Lastly, I found out also that “the most beautiful Starbucks outlet in the Philippines” is confined in the shopping village. Due to limited time, I wasn’t able to quickly visit the shop but I’ll make sure to drop by next time I’ll visit Tagaytay again.

The moment you plan to visit Tagaytay for your next weekend getaway (or any given day), make sure to include Twin Lakes Shopping Village on your itinerary if you are hoping to discover and explore the great mix of promising and value-for-money restaurants, cafes, and hang-out places where you can stay and do your serious stuff, or simply spend your chill hours in with your family and friends with added scenic views of the majestic Taal Volcano and the Tagaytay cold weather known (and loved) for over the years.

Whether you're looking for a quick stop or a go-to-place, this center offers limited yet worthy selections from restaurants, drug stores, ATM to even a supermarket, all in place from a very long and winding road to suit your needs when traversing Tagaytay. It is very exciting to see how this center will eventually blossomed to a full-scale residential and commercial complex at par with the busy center of Tagaytay

Have one of the best views of the scenic Taal Volcano and Lake. The place is being developed as a self-contained community with hotels, condo buildings and other commercial establishment, including restaurants and coffee shops, and grocery stores. Conveniently located along the Nasugbu Highway, and only a few minutes drive from Tagaytay town proper.

Since we live in Tagaytay, we often visit Twin Lakes, which is only 10km from the city center. It is one of the nicest and most popular sites in Tagaytay. It's a good place to get an awesome view of Ta'al Volcano, Lake Ta'al, and the scenic mountains nearby. Of course, there are other popular attractions at Twin Lakes, including a Santi's Delicatessen, and a small Robinson's Supermarket. The best dining at Twin Lakes is Buon Giorno Italian Restaurant and Bag of Beans, which are both superb and highly recommended. several very good restaurants.

Best time to visit is weekdays to avoid the weekend heavy traffic from Manila.
