Notwithstanding the overpriced tourist trap, the worst part of our experience was the aggressive and pushy Leem who caused our son to drop his brand new phone which he received two weeks prior for his birthday and which is now broken beyond repair. He should not be grabbing phones from people's hands to show them how to take photos, which he did to me, and also when my son my was viewing the photos he had taken on his phone. My son is devastated but Leem took no responsibility and lied and when questioned about how the phone was dropped. Our group also saw him smirk when he was walking away.
As this incident happened within 5 minutes of our visit and we were in no mood to continue, we requested a full refund. However, after much negotiating, they would only give a 50% refund which added insult to injury. Needless to say, we would not recommend visiting.

Overall we thought it was cute but for the price and how far it was, we would not recommend it unless you have the time or you are on that side of town. It was about a five minute visit. The staff was sweet and there were other experiences you could do bundled that our group did not participate in which may enhance the experience. I would recommend for kids!

Sad to read a visitor doesn't appreciate what we offer, considering we are a small boutique style family business (David), in a destination with lots of attractions either government backed or huge industrial factory like places, (Goliaths)
And with people like you fancying the giants our destiny is written on the wall 😔

Upside Down House of Phuket, is one exciting attraction in Phuket. As the name would imply, this beautiful pink house stands upside down in a garden like setting. Once you enter, you’ll be amazed as to how everything is turned “upside-down.” Posing for pictures would bring out the creative juices in you. I appreciate that their guides have some excellent pose suggestions. I am amazed that even the fishes inside the aquarium are swimming upside down. So cool!

Totally worth the price. We spent hours here playing and taking photos. The staff was very knowledgable about how to take the photos correctly (yes, there is a correct way). They even help you edit them and post them to FaceBook. We had such a great time!

This unique house provides a lot of fun for family with funny photos. Very clever setup. I recomend you include this in your travel phuket itinerary for about 1.5 hours!
This maze is also good fun with some hidden surprises you might come across along the way...

Wow, this place was so hyped that we expected a lot. From the laissez faire attitude of the staff, to the‘attraction’ itself, it was the fastest we’ve ever gone through a tourism spot. The 8 year old and 6 year old were suitably underwhelmed and for Phuket, this is an expensive and uninspiring 5 minute stay

This place is slightly fun but probably not for the price. We would have probably given it a miss, if we had known what's on offer, as we had a full day's agenda with a taxi for 8 hours.

Although the staff was really nice, it took me about 15 mn to visit the two floors, twice.
The house itself is great , but far away from anything and very expensive compared to any other activity available in Phuket.

The Upisde Down house is one of the recommended attractions at Phuket. It is a fun place to visit with young children. The buidling is a 3 storied, with the top being an open space for sitting and looking around. There are staffs at every floor to help visitors take pictures. There is also video service, for THB 500, where a camera guy helps you make a 50 sec video of you, for me it was myself, my wife, and our son, doing different chores, shenanigans in the upisde down house, enjoyed it a lot, the video clips will be copied on to your phone. I would recommend the video for families with young kids only. There are some other activities such as maze, but we did not avail those so can't comment. The Upside Down House is en route from Airport to Patong area, so it would be better to visit the place while going from the airport which is what we did.

Hi
We will hire a care for our trip this weekend. May I know if there are carpark lots near the premise? Also, will it be very crowded on weekend?
Written June 8, 2017
Yes, there is a parking for cars and motorbikes. We went on Thursday at 12 PM and there was two families with their kids only, so hope it won't be crowded and you enjoy your visit.

Hi! I saw in a travel guide book in HK that you only charge admission fee if we need tour guide to teach us how to take good pictures. Is it true? I'm planning to come with my family on 17 Jun Wednesday.
Written June 4, 2015
really? that is a good one...would be hard to stay afloat, although yes this an upside down world so one could think the unimaginable happens...
We have entrance fees for the upside down house. THB 290 for adults, THB 170 for children 4-11 yrs. That is applicable to everybody visiting. We do have staff helping visitors to take pictures, however that is a general service and not personalised tour.
Hope you will visit on June 17
