My husband & I stayed koh samui for 2 days.it was our honeymoon tour.due to hot weather we decided not to go outside and try escapology for the 1st time.I think it was not that much familiar with the people of koh samui.cause when we asked about it at our hotel reception they replied they dont know much about it.after showing the lift let of escapology they made a booking for us and same things happened when asked the local people and taxi driver for the location.
we enjoyed a lot that cant resist ourselves to try both of the game- cuban crisis & shanghaied. If you don't know Chinese language then it will be wise not to choose shanghaied. when u r stucked in some puzzle ,ask for help and instantly a lady will come to help you.really she is very nice and helpful. So friends try this & have fun

As soon as we got back to Bangkok we researched other similar games. Pay the money, do both rooms, and get into it. We are now back home in Australia, and have done the same thing at 2 other centers - Escapology was the best setup of all though.

By the way - we did it as a couple, and were a bit apprehensive as most of the reviews seemed to be from large groups... but we had no problem at all.

We went to Escapology yesterday evening as it was my birthday and we wanted to do something special but wow you don't need any special date to go there because THEY WILL make your day. If you like puzzles and logic or adventure games you will love the experience.
The game was brilliant. If you get stuck you can ask for a clue and if it wasn't for our games master Pond we probably wouldn't have made it! Thanks for that!
And the team working there.. Amazing. From Tat at the reception welcoming us with a beautiful smile and perfect English and water and giving us a voucher to have a drink (incredible) at Ocean Republic after the game to another guy (Stuart! So friendly!) that was checking our evolution on the game and came over to celebrate with us when we managed to unlock the last door and we were cheering like we just won the lottery.
Unfortunately for us and even though it's not expensive at all, we are on the last day of our holidays and on a budget :,( but we would have loved to have more time and money to do the Cuban room! We did count all our coins but sometimes things cannot be and well, we already had the opportunity to enjoy at least one of the games so really happy about that!
We have already recommended it to people at the place we are staying at and wanted to recommend it to people looking for some real fun on the island. Keep up the good work and thanks!

I and my family live on Koh Samui and wanted a little adventure. It is really fun and challenging night out that included free drinks.

My husband and I picked up a brochure about this from the airport and figured it sounded
Like a bit of fun. We were blown away with how good it was, the staff we great and the puzzles really challenged us! I would recommend is to anyone whether it be couple or family if you find you have a spare 1.5 hours. Definately one of the best tourist spots on the island.

Our family ranged from 9 years to 75 and all were able to be involved, actually our 13 year old cracked the main code to help us escape within 30 seconds! Thanks Escapo. team for the fun! A little hard to find: look out for the 2 red entrance signs to Beach Republic.

Its a game where you get locked in a series of rooms with your team (min. 2) and you need to find clues and solve puzzles to break your way out within 60 minutes. Its actually a lot of fun and definitely brain teasing - don't do this hungover!

There were two "scenario's" when we did it, and we ended up doing both on different days. One was being a spy during the Cuban Crisis, the other was being kidnapped and needing to break your way out of a pirate ship.

Kind of difficult to explain, but do it, you'll have a lot of fun and you wont regret it.

We had a great time solving the escape rooms! It is rainy and muggy in the mornings here, so it was fun to enjoy until the weather gets better! Free drink vouchers to the beach resort to celebrate your escape afterwards :)

My partner and I visited Escapology after reading a magazine article on it. We booked in for Cuban crisis (it's cheaper booking online fyi) and enjoyed it so much we went back a few days later to complete Shanghaied! The clues and puzzles can be quite tricky but the staff are there to help, coming to help you when asked or if they see you're having trouble. It's definitely rewarding when you get to the end and I'd highly recommend going!
