Well worth the short drive to this quaint area. We visited many wineries, chocolate shops, nougat & nut house. Easy driving and everyone we met was lovely. Would go there again.

If you are in the Perth region, this would be a pleasant self drive which you can spend a few hours. If you are a die hard foodie, who have been to other regions such as Hunter Valley, this is not quite in the same league as Hunter Valley. The entire drive is an easy one and very close to... More

It was great to water around the 34 km trail, stopping at food places and wineries to look and sample their wares. The chocolate places were a favourite.

Nice with having a food and wine valley not that far away from downtown. Driving around in the valley and try ice cream, wine, coffee, chocolate, oils, jams and much more is a perfect weekend activity. Perfect to spend a sunny half day.

Once you are on Reid Highway, get onto West Swan Rd and you will easily be able to spot all the attractions. Only downside... More

Best to hire a car get the tour map tick and off places of interest and go. All places and wineries are well sign posted the loop is around 36 km and if time poor this is an excellent day out. We had poor weather and this was a wonderful activity to do.

We decided to do this drive whilst staying in Perth and were really happy we did. There is such a wide variety of wineries all offering tastings whether free or paid. It was great to see different scenery to that in the city and you truly feel like you are a world away. This is a really good rainy day... More
