Nestled in the shade of palm, elephant fruit and mango trees, just a few minutes’ walk away from the sea, our Centre in North Goa offers a peaceful and natural environment for Yoga practice. Although located in the heart of Arambol, the Yoga Centre provides a serene retreat. The practice space, constructed of natural materials, offers a great sense of openness and oneness with the surroundings.

usually on Monday they start at 9.30am with consultations, depending. Tuesdays to Fridays it depends on the group and hall availability, sometimes the class will be moved to earlier.

the Centre only offers 5-day courses. And as the practice is very specific, all students who are new to this centre, regardless of their previous yoga experience, will start together in the intro 5-day course.

the HIYC in Arambol is yearly open from November to March. In April the HIYCentre in Dharamkot offers courses and the Shanti Ashram in Dharamsala offers intensive courses and Teacher training.
