I went on Sunday 08/20/23 to spend a day with my husband and son. I hadn't been there for several years and I have to say that as far as general maintenance is concerned it definitely needs to be reviewed. The park is well organised, the slides are a bit dated, especially the TWISTER which we went on twice but which we felt pain in our back, probably due to the joints between the different curves (the second lap we went on just to please my child). I found the water particularly dirty, especially that of the central pool and the wave pool. The staff are quite helpful, especially the manager who I went to when leaving to complain about the showers, the entertainment is good; we certainly spent a pleasant day but the cost for me is really excessive!!! (2 adults, 1 child, tickets purchased online to take advantage of a discount, safe and umbrella €85, obviously with packed lunch). I would have certainly written a more positive review if it hadn't been for the showers: inconceivable to have only 5 female showers and as many male ones, but the disconcerting thing is above all that the male ones had no hot water while the female ones are so old that the water came out with a dropper, so you had to rinse with the cold one as it went down flush with the wall. I think it is a must to guarantee a hot shower, not even the children were able to take a decent one. Shameful!!!! Obviously we complained about the poor service and we were given 2 vouchers for a reduction of €7 each for a new entry, by the end of this season... what can I say????

I would like to point out that my review does not concern the park itself (beautiful, well-kept, we had fun, etc.) but the administrative management of the park. I went there with my partner and two children in August 2023. I took advantage of a promotion by paying online and so I got the tickets in advance paying €65 by credit card. In September, I check my credit card payments and see that they have taken €65 from me twice. Obviously we didn't come twice on the same day and we paid all the extras in cash on site to avoid having a credit card with us. I contacted the park several times to ask for a refund, showing them the accounting copy of the payments. To date (02.07.2024) they still haven't refunded me!

We won't be returning. Starting from the fact that you never stop paying, €65 for entry, €3 for parking, €9 for sunbeds, €5 for a locker to store personal effects and €50 for poor quality sandwiches.
Followed by the water and bottom of the pools all dirty, full of insects, leaves and dirt, the stairs to the slides all dirty, the flooring often uneven and dangerous especially on the bridges. My 3 year old daughter would have liked to go down the slide with the dinghy and I would have carried her in my arms because otherwise she would fall into the hole of the inflatable, after an hour of tugging complete with a liability release bracelet I am prevented from carrying her because it is dangerous by the same "lifeguard", if you can call it that, who a few hours later makes my other 7-year-old daughter leave by pushing the dinghy with her foot so that it immediately capsizes, hitting her face on the slide. To add insult to injury, instead of working to make sure she hasn't hurt herself too much, she turns and leaves; when I immediately jump into the slide to go and get my daughter, who I find sitting in the middle of the slide crying and holding her face with her hand due to the pain of the blow.
We are still waiting for the lady's apology, but she was quick to shout at me that I couldn't rush to get my daughter. Plus point for the infirmary attendant who promptly intervened to put ice on my daughter's face and make sure that the fall had not caused her a head injury.
For children under 120cm they make you do the liability release sheet, they put on the bracelet and then they make them do half the slides even if accompanied. Definitely worth forgetting.
But before the owner replies like on Google, without the possibility of reply, I will write straight away that the slide in question was for children and that the "lifeguard", if you can call it that, wanted the 3 year old girl to go alone on the dinghy.

Very competent slide staff, terrible restaurant, it was already closed at 3pm.. being a water park I expect it to stay open until closing..
6.30pm we were at the gazebo, the employees pass by, including a woman with tattoos and with an arrogant air, making us understand that we have to leave (when the water park closes at 7pm). We pointed it out to them and they take us for a ride from afar...

Let's start from the positive notes the water park is beautiful both slides and pools especially the slow river
The downside is that you pay just about everything
We stayed 2 times and 2 times the lagoon pool foot washer was broken so the water was not beautiful then I wonder is normal to charge everything and then do restaurant service only fromx12 to 15
And then especially close the coffee machine 2 hours before closing seems to me an absurdity in fact we were speechless

Horrible.
Dirty park, dated facilities, uncomfortable chairs (I will send you the bill of the physiotherapist) with straw umbrella, which had nothing of straw.
Dirty and hot pool water.
Let's talk about the lady of the kiosk who sells everything and more, more beautiful than nice, she repeated to the children 4 times not to enter. (They are not idiots, just say it once).
Rubber fish Made in #nonsisadove at 8 euros.
Not even fresh sole costs so much per ounce.
Hot showers with a drop of water, to wash my hair I had to collect the dew of the day before.
Only positive note, helpful staff.
Translated: a poor woman. Mai più,
Ah forgotten: to get out, there is the law of the far west, the one with the biggest car and willing to blab it to pass in front of the others wins.

It was the worst day of my life , make the day on the ground is not the best (at home at the ticket purchase we were not informed that they had only 12 beds available , otherwise I did not enter, 28 euro ticket to be like animals on the ground and so much, dirty pools with leaves, insects, not to mention the restaurant that staff handled food with only one glove (not food, the one for rectal exploration) water park NIGHTMARE!! MAI PIÙ!!!

First of all I would like to point out that it is a swimming pool where you can have fun with slides etc.. but guys for what it costs (2 adults and 1 child you don't spend less than 100 euros, bringing sandwiches from home) they should improve the services.
Lifeguards were not very attentive, my daughter got stuck with the donut halfway down the slide, the lifeguard didn't even notice, he made another person go down and they collided, fortunately no one was hurt. However, the fact of being stuck with a donut under your butt in a slide already makes you understand many things about it.
At the end of the day, why not take a nice shower and leave clean and scented? Well that's impossible. Nightmarish shower area with not even a place to put your bathrobe and change of clothes other than a tiny table full of stuff close to the showers and therefore soaking wet. Hot showers practically boiling without the possibility of regulation, better to opt for the cold one at this point. Advice: lower prices or improve services.

Very nice water park, the attractions are close by, so you don't have to walk far to get around. There are several slides, some with a dinghy, some without. The waves are always beautiful. The lowering of the minimum heights of some attractions is positive. You can sit on the lawn with your own towel or rent sunbeds. Fun is guaranteed. We went on a Monday,
There weren't many people. Highly recommended. The only negative side is the increases, starting with parking which until last year was free, the cost of sunbeds has also increased, as has coffee, 1 euro 50 is unheard of.

The park is very nice and the day itself too. There are some sore notes to report... there are very few cash desks at the entrance (3) so we queued 35 minutes in the sun, with the children... a nightmare since we had already walked under the soel a few minutes because of the overcrowded parking lot and now far away.
The dinghies to make the slides are extremely few, so the queues were very long...
Footwasher to access the pools... empty, so the water in the various pools was not so clean...

ciao a tutti,
Grazie in Anticipo
