We first found this museum about 35 years ago when our kids were just little so it was a real treat to introduce it our daughter's two children and see it again through their eyes. It is a lovely collection of items from everyday life that includes a pretty little doll house, a good selection of local minerals as well... More

This museum is one of the best highlights of Bruce Mines, Ontario. It represents the history of the area very well, and reflects the pride of the community and its generosity in sharing stories and relics of the past.

The person looking after the museum that day was very friendly and answered all questions that I had. We loved looking at all the items and reading the info that was right in front of them on pieces of paper.
