It happened with my wife, by chance, an after dinner, a few days ago. I ask for a grappa 18 Lune and I get along with the grappa a saucer (slate, very pleasant) with some chocolate pieces and a slice of orange with brown sugar soaked in 18 Lune on top, which they “lit on fire” in front of me. The flame lasted about twenty seconds and the spectacle of the sugar reacting to the heat, melting while creating a long series of microscopic bubbles was, undoubtedly, of “atmosphere”. Grappa, chocolate and orange slice so flavorful (I would say “crunchy”) are an experience to remember and try. I had already had a similar experience drinking rum (they also do it in this pastry bar), in other places, but never with grappa. Complimenti!
