    Well worth a visit
This was an amazing viewpoint that we visited during a Hop On Hop Off bus tour. The waters were incredible and the rocks looked like something jurassic. You wouldn't need long here so the bus times worked great.

Dwejra Bay in Malta is stunning!
The crystal-clear waters were perfect for swimming, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and rock formations. Despite its popularity, it felt serene and uncrowded. An unforgettable experience in nature’s paradise. Highly recommend!

    Azure Window Restaurant Recommendations
Hi Folks, frequent traveler to Gozo as husband is from Gozo. But first time eating at Azure Window Restaurant. We went twice in the week I was there. I would like to compliment the staff , service , food and value here. Really fantastic, I was really impressed. Highly recommend and always good to phone ahead and book a table. Watch the sunset and enjoy a beautiful meal with friendly staff. Please be advised, swimming at Dwejra can be dangerous, and it is most suited to Scuba Driving . Please swim instead at Ramla and watch the sunsets instead at Dwejra . Happy travels to Gozo x

It costs a small fee to take a boat and enjoy the bay even more. Many small boats are here to take you around the bay to get a better and closer feel of the Dwejra Bay.
It's an absolute thrill to visit this bay. It's the location where many series were filmed. One can also see corals of many colours at the water level of the rocks.

A beautiful peaceful and pristine area like this is so worth a visit by all...its an experience to be be had. So visit and enjoy.

The Bay of Dwejra was the place where the visitors could see the Azure window - not anymore , several year ago it did collapse eventually after millennia (in a storm in 2017) , but still a visit to the bay of Dwejra is a must from my perspective when you are on the island of Gozo.
The bay with the rugged cliffs and when we were visiting this time , we had the of high winds so the sea was rough and the waves were breaking against the shoreline cliffs with spectacular splashes.
Also due to the rough sea , this time no boat trips from the "inner sea" to check out the rocky shoreline of Dwejra bay.
Nonetheless , even without the "window" it still remains a beautiful and must see spot when you are in Gozo - don't forget to put it on your "to see" list - it is worth it.

I visit Dwejra ,because the longest time ancient hidden history that have . Dwejra have history ,since life started evolved millions years ago on our planet earth. For Dwejra history and information ,talk to the Gozo Barn Owl old man.He is also a psychic. In Dwejra you find everything, like love, the best ice cream kiosk, with the name Dwejra Geleterija,I don't trust the others.Best restaurant with the name Azure Window.Best place for diving in the world.Good place for swimming ,and sun bathing naked.Boat rides,to see the caves,in the sea.Easy transport to Dwejra ,the bus take only 10 minutes from the city center to Dwejra beach. Therefore enjoy your visit to Gozo .Gozo is good to visit all year around. But Dwejra number one place to visit. That is the place where the movie, Game of Thrones was shot, and other 100 movies. The locals welcome you with open arms, because they see money in you ,lol.

Stopped here for a swim on our full day quad bike tour of Gozo. Lovely little spot to swim in the inland sea which is a small shallow bay that is separated from the main sea by a dramatic rock formation. Changing facilities and loos are almost non existent.
That said, well worth a visit if in the area, although finding somewhere for a snack or drink will be a challenge at busy times.

Reached this place during an organized bus tour of Gozo. Its close to the Azure window, I didn't go to see that because, well, the rocks are not there anymore. But this bay, oh my gosh, stunning. Amazing water and sorroundings, but make sure you have slippers as its not easy to walk on the ground below the water.

Nice sunset spot
We arrived here after a coastal hike from Marsalforn, nice sunset spot. Since the hike was rather secluded (at least in November) we were happy to find an ice cream vendor here. We then took a Bolt from here for delicious dinner in Gharb.

Visited as part of a tour. Quite busy and lots of vans in the car park selling food, drinks and gifts. The inland sea was down a steep path with the only toilets at the bottom. The sea was a beautiful mint green colour but we didn't venture down. Opposite it the bay. Again, stunning views with spectacular waves crashing onto the rocks.
