Booked 4 hours trip around Comino for myself and my partner (who can't swim and was a bit scared). Both of us enjoyed the cruise tremendously, I loved swimming in the crystal blue waters surrounding Comino and my partner had a relaxing time on a deck. We didn't book lunch but wish we had as it looked delicious but bought a local beer from the crew. George and his team were really accommodating and friendly,got a complimentary soft drink and watermelon later on. Around 25 people were on the boat but it didn't feel crowded and we had a really relaxing time. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting Gozo.

We had a fantastic time sailing with James. He took amazing care of all of us, and never made us feel rushed. During the entire duration of the boat ride, he took the time to explain to us the importance of each spot we visited. Toward the end of the day, he saw that we were having so much fun on board, so he offered to extend our time at sea until sunset. This was the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommended!

We took the private charter as with two families this worked out well in cost comparison to larger boat tours. We would highly recommend this company. James took us to some beautiful spots and customised the trip to suit our needs. With children more swim time was our preference and what an experience it was. Crystal clear water. They provided floats that helped with the kid’s confidence. Snorkels and a sup all put out for us at each stop. The caves were amazing and we even saw dolphins. We avoided the crowds out of season.

As far as the transfer and the boat tour are concerned, I have nothing to say... I decided to take part in an afternoon tour at 1.30pm and at 2.00pm I was already on the minibus.
The captain immediately changed the route because the blue lagoon was too busy so we stopped for an hour at the cristal lagoon and the blue lagoon at the end.
It's really a shame that the blue lagoon is submerged with floating pineapples everywhere... rubbish bins everywhere, rubbish collecting the dirt at 1800 when the pier is full of people who have to return. Total disgusting with disco music and vans selling all types of food and drinks.
The blue lagoon would be a heavenly place without humans who think they are in a disco with cigarette butts everywhere, pineapple sticks scattered everywhere and it wouldn't take much... the bins are there to throw away the dirt.
The water is clean and beautiful but dirt floats everywhere. Sin

Having worked in the marine industry, I have seen many operators over the years. Xlendi are an amazing, family run business.
We booked the 4hr trip from Gozo and had an amazing time. In the lead up to the cruise, James was on hand via email to help us make our choice and then our booking. Our Captain, George, was incredibly professional, hospitable and very knowledgeable, he clearly loved his trade and was an excellent captain.
We enjoyed our cruise in November, so had a total of 20 people on the cruise, which felt about right, they are able to have a maximum of 40 in the height of the season which I think would be rather cramped on board.
Our top tip, when arriving into the Blue Lagoon, opt to stay on board the board to avoid the mass tourists who go on land, it was incredibly relaxing to remain on board, where we almost had the vessel to ourselves! We also opted for the onboard lunch, which was amazing! So much colour and some of the freshest food we have enjoyed! The bar was also very reasonable.
Anyone who wants to get afloat in Malta/Gozo, we couldn’t recommend this company enough, thanks to George & James!

I would recommend this boattrip anytime! We had a lovely day and couldn’t be more happy! Our captain was a blast. He took us to all the beautiful places and gave us a much more personalized experience than we would have gotten on the bigger boats. Great value for money, they even arranged a affordable shuttle for us!

Our group had a fantastic experience with this company, and our captain, James, was exceptional! James is very attentive, responsive, and his extensive knowledge about the area added a lot to the trip. The experience was smooth and enjoyable, and James's friendly demeanor made it even better. This is a must-do experience in Malta. I highly recommend this company for a memorable boat excursion with friends or family.

We had the most amazing private boat tour in Malta with James, and it was truly the highlight of our trip. James was such a friendly and knowledgeable guide, making the experience unforgettable. He made sure that we felt comfortable and tailored the entire experience to our interests. It was hands down the best thing we could have done during our time in Malta, and we’ll always remember this day fondly. The scenery was breathtaking, and James took us to some of the most beautiful and hidden spots that we would never have discovered on our own. If we ever come back to Malta and want to do another boat tour, it will definitely be with James again. I’ve been on many boat tours around the world, but this one was by far the best. I would do it over and over again.

Beverages available for purchase onboard. Great captain and crew, helpful and pleasant. Visited 2 gorgeous swimming/snorkel areas plus motored around an island. Blue Lagoon was outstanding and some people were jumping off cliffs and exploring ocean caves.

This trip is a MUST DO in any trip to Gozo. We went on the 4.5 hour cruise to the Blue Lagoon and Crystal lagoon and it was magical! The views were amazing, the staff on board pointed out all the sights along the way and you have plenty of time to go swimming the beautiful waters! The price is very reasonable and honestly a fabulous experience.
