As part of our Christmas holiday we decided to attend Midnight Mass - an amazing church with an equally amazing atmosphere. Not religious but very moving - definately worth a visit...

This church is lovely to snap some pictures and has a very small chapel/museum located next door. If staying in Mellieha, plan on 30 minutes or so here

Sitting on top of the hill, the views from the church are amazing. On approach, the building is impressive and the interior of the church is stunning, the inscriptions on the outer wall are interesting and beautiful. Well worth a walk around.

Really lovely church with lovely cafe with amazing views and playground just behind it. Cafe makes home made cakes which are delicious so buy one with a thick hot chocolate and enjoy the breathtaking view over the bay
