It’s now Organizer which is a plus not being 20 any more and liking things like a dring, a shower and a sun bed… (see review of the beach bar)
The beach is as great as I remember the waves really knock you off your feet if you are not careful (not one for toddlers) and the water in October still warm - got some sun too
Free memories of my time in Malta a s final years student included….
I wonder why nobody ever rebuilt the hotel

All the beaches in Malta are filthy and this is not an exception.
Plastics, bottles, cigarette butts and etc.
Tourism in Malta is so massive and unregulated and this is what you get.
Also teh water seems very polluted.

This beach and Golden Bay are the best on the island.
Quiet and peaceful, but down a lot of steps so be ready for that.
Singita and the Coffee Circus Shack (at the top of the steps) are great places for drinks/snacks.

I loved visiting this place! We walked up the hill and up to the big rock at the top. The views and landform are just incredible and it was worth going just for the views! It was very humid so we got very sweaty but it was worth it. We didn’t go to the beaches as we just wanted to see what they were like however as it was a Sunday the beaches were very busy. Best to avoid the beaches on the weekend. A great walk with incredible views - definitely recommend!!

We hired some cars so headed over for a look and it’s an impressive coastline. There is a free car park at the top of the path that runs down to the beach. It’s not that big but there is some street parking around too. Bit of a bun fight b7t we found a spot.

The beach was busy but we only went for a look so that wasn’t a problem and it was mid-afternoon. If you planned on making a day of it I’d get there early.

The headland offers a great view of a few bays and the warm sea breeze blowing across is nice.

Visited here in September 2021. It was really quite crowded and the queue for the sunbeds or the restaurant was very long however staff were lovely and trying their best on a very busy day. The beach itself was quite crowded but we hired a sunbed and found a space. The sea was lovely for swimming in, not as clear as some other beaches in Malta but lovely anyway.

The drinks from the bar are on the pricey side but the pizza is very nice. To get to the beach from the road there are 160 steps down (and back up again!) Which some may find challenging, especially in the heat

Great beach, sandy and shallow. Can be a little crowded in August but mostly at weekends. Many steps down from top to beach so keeps you fit going back up. Excellent snorkelling and swimming.

Stunning beach with a great laid back atmosphere. Clean and not crowded. Great snorkelling and sunbeds-you are asked where you'd like to be situated. The sea is the clearest, greenest blue, still and perfect. Really can't fault it. Gorgeous...worth the bus journey.
