My self and 5 children 18-11years had an amazing time here was lots of fun, there is a place to eat and drink there too. They take the photos for you as well for a good price of 5 euro each . we was picked up and brought back to our hotel on the free bus too. Would recommend it well worth the money .

We went to Tenerife for my son’s 11th birthday. He picked this island solely based on the pictures of this go cart track. It was a little spendy as my son went around 4 times. He was disappointed that he couldn’t go on the bigger track as they are separated by age. Also disappointing that we could race against each other because of the age difference. Would still recommend. Also they have a free shuttle that you can sign up for ahead of Time instead of paying for a taxi.

I ended up unhappy, the car was faulty, the chain went out and I lost several laps because of a (faulty) kart, and you just run out of laps. I claimed the lost laps which is only what PAID and they do not listen to you!!
They take little care of the customer!!

AFTER READING THE REVIEWS WE WENT BUT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! PLEASE READ ALL
Absolutely terrible. The prices arent even the main issue although it is extremely dear for 7 laps that total to about 8 minutes. The staff were the rudest Spanish people I have ever came across in my life - making faces and comments which I confronted them on, then they started mocking me. Was called names I cannot use on this website. Then I began to walk away as I was upset for them to laugh and shout ‘I love u’ and more name calling that was all completely unnecessary, I dread to think how they treat others who perhaps have difficulties or disabilities. They are bullies. They did not want us to wear helmets ?!!!!! Health and safety issue much ???!!!!!!!!! The full experience was wrong. Over 100 Euro for 3 people I would rather the money for another night at Siam Park. Trying to forcefully sell things to you (offering is fine but not being pushy and argumentative) full place was over priced and dreadful with nothing but rude and nasty people looking for your money. I am glad to have witnesses that are the people I was with, they were involved as well as the manager who was swearing at us and forcing us out of the park. Spoke to other people we met on our holiday who had also experienced similar experiences and had heard how terrible the place was from others.
Left so angry at these people who try to ruin your holiday after robbing you money.
DO NOT GO!!!!! DONT WASTE PUR TIME OR MONEY HERE !!!!! DO NOT GIVE A BUSINESS OR PEOPLE LIKE THIS YOUR MONEY
Spend your money wisely!!!

I booked on line and got a 12 noon slot for 4 carts. The day before I called to book the free bus pick up. The first girl I spoke to could not explain where the bus would pick us up from and after a while handed me to her colleague who explained a bit better. English speaking is just passable. I was told the bus would pick us up between 11 and 11.15. We arrived at 10.50 and waited until 11.20. I called and was told the 42 seater bus was full and the next one would pick us up at 12.20. As we had waited 30 minutes I got a taxi for €15.
On arrival we waited in line for 20 minutes while the 12 people (full bus load) were serviced. There is no advantage to buying and paying on line, you still have to queue. In the queue behind us were a group of 8 Spannish men who were drinking beer rapidly. Finished their 4th bottle before we got to the front. It is clearly OK to race and drink alcohol. We got to the front, received our voucher told to go down stairs.
We waited in a line while 24 people were fitted with helmets and shown their cars. We finally got sat in our karts at 12.45. There is no benefit to booking a times lot on line. We arrived at the track at 11.45 and with various queues took an hour to get in a car.
My wife is only 5ft tall and could not reach the pedals. I went to tell a Marshall who was extremely rude and told me he will come. There are no signs to say that someone will come to adjust the pedal length.
So then we went on track, our two girls aged 16 and ourselves with 20 other bandits. I was hit by fat aging men with huge ego issues many times and even though the Marshalls signalled for them, to slow down, they were totally ignored. Having families on the same track as aged petrolheads is not a good idea and is extremely dangerous.
When we had our 9 laps and left I asked for the bus. I was told 20 minutes and waved away. When I asked where the bus stop is I was swatted away like a fly. The English comprehension here is very poor.
We eventually found the bus and dropped at our stop after about 10 drop off and pick up slots at 2.20pm. So 3.5 hours for 12 minutes of mayhem on the track.
I realise there will be people who love the danger of driving around a track at speeds they are not competent enough to control. Many span off and had accidents, but I wanted a family drive around a track at a preset time.

This place is seriously dangerous, no seat belts are in the karts, no protective clothing is provided also no safety instructions given! There is nothing in place to stop you coming off the track and in this case I did straight into a fence which went through both legs, Resulted in a 4 hour stay in hospital with 20 stitches in each leg and a black and blue body with two sprained ankles. Stay away from this place at all costs! The workers joked about this kart ride been the end of your holiday and they were right! Accidents must happen here all the time!

This is a really slick operation, the bus turned up to collect us on time, the venue is smart and modern, the karts were in good working order and the karting was great fun. What was frustrating was that with a little effort it could be excellent, the staff were very unfriendly nothing was explained about how it worked, where to go when we were dropped off from the bus, no details were given regarding transport back to our hotel (although this did happen without much problem). It just felt that the staff weren’t interested, there was virtually no instruction on how to use the karts, no safety briefing, no guidance on how to negotiate the circuit, it seemed as though customers were an inconvenience.
Despite this the overall experience was still very good and the value for money was good, it’s just very frustrating to see a good business missing the opportunity to be fantastic, for very little extra effort.
Drinks in the cafe were a little expensive, none of us tried the food.

Took my son and his friend, they went on the first round with my husband and there were 17 Karts in play.. There was a girl going around who was inexperienced and pretty reckless, caused lots of others to crash etc through sheer inexperience... and speed.. she continued until the end..
she wasn’t removed or told to flow down or anything for that matter, she just continued to tAke people out .. anyway .... they blokes all enjoyed it and my son and his mate decided on another go. So off they went .. only 4 on this time... so the first round they have to go slow, 2nd lap my sons mate opens up and the Marshall drove in front swerving predumably to slow him down .. stop him passing ... as my sons mate rounded the bend the Marshall slammed n and forced him over the barrier, tipped the kart etc etc etc... my sons mate couldn’t remember anything, how we got there even etc. he ended up in hospital with concussion, grazes, suspected broken hand (fortunately just sprained) .. they offered to pay the hospital bill and refunded his money... there were 20 blokes who had previously been on and witnessed it and couldn’t believe it..
the manager said he had been warned to slow down 3 times... he hadn’t... as we were watching...
I said even if he had... is it not safer to flag him down as opposed to running him off the track and over the barrier!!
I asked them to review the cameras... I wasn’t getting anywhere and we left and took him to hospital.
Once bitten twice shy.. I shall not return.

Booked for 15 and 16 year old son and daughter no mention of age restrictions when booking(at hotel) arrived and told to sign form so they could go on adult track.
I wish I had looked online first to see how dangerous it was as my daughter crashed on the first lap and was thrown from the cart and cut and badly bruised all over and couldn't continue. The staff did clean her up but no offer of an apology or any money back, although I'm just thankful she is okay because after reading on here I realise how lucky she was.
Don't make the mistake I made and do some research first and don't believe when told it's safe for teenagers.

We came as a family of 4 (kids aged 11/12) having been told by the shop that sold us tickets it was a good family activity. The driver collecting us was late and we waited ages to leave also. On arrival we discovered there was a separate kids track and they would have to do the karting apart from us adults. We weren't allowed past the gate to explain what to do and the kids were sent off without any instruction/safety advice/practice whatsoever. My daughter (who had never karted before), wasn't shown how to manoeuvre onto the kids track. Her kart was facing the adult track and she drove straight onto it and across it. There were 6/8 adults racing on the track at that time. Luckily she wasn't hit but it was an extremely stressful experience that could have ended in a serious accident. Why isn't the kids track enclosed by barriers of some sort? We were so shaken we couldn't continue but the lady upstairs wouldn't allow any refunds. Extremely poor service and dangerous too, unless you are experienced I would avoid at all costs.

Can 10 year olds and adults go on track together?
Written July 6, 2018
Hiya Tasmin, yeah they can, either in separate karts, or they have two seated karts 👍, it’s great fun.
Hope this helps.

What's the age for the adult track please? Thank you
Written May 20, 2017
Don't know for sure, but when we went the youngest were around 16? They won't be checking passports so if the kids are quite big they should be OK?
The worst thing is there are 2 grades of kart, so if you don't want to be constantly lapped go for the most powerful ones!

Why is it you don't allow recording devices ie a gopro? I realise you want to sell everyone a photo at the end but any actual gopro footage is nothing like the photo you supply anyway so surely you realise if someone is wearing a gopro they would still buy a photo either way if they truly wanted one

It is like Siam park there don't like people going down the slides with cameras on yoj, maybe there are thinking about just getting the money for the photo out of you.
