Cala Futadera beach is one of the few remaining natural unspoiled beaches on the Costa Brava. It is located at 6 km from Tossa and i travel there with small boat. As i read before i know it was a nudist beach but seems not. So if you go in Tossa don't miss this litlle paradise :) You won't regret it.

Stop before you reach sant Feliu as there the beauty dissolves into a large town less than sublime. The road was very popular with motorbike riders who stopped at all the summit views over coves and little beaches like this one.

Caught a boat here today..Beautiful clean sandy beach. Easy to get into the sea. This beach is in a sheltered bay and is well worth a visit...if you are on a budget take a picnic as the beach cafe is expensive...loved it

The car journey travelling over to this beach from where we were staying in Sant Feliu was quite the white knuckle, as the roads here are mountainous, narrow and very windy, but what we found when we arrived made the journey absolutely worth it! This beach is breathtakingly beautiful and very unspoilt... The hike down to actually get to the beach is rather precarious to say the least, so I don't know how accessible this is for families with children, but we survived the abseil around the side of a cliff to get there in one piece!- Just about! An absolutely beautiful beach worth travelling for, don't think there are many as unspoilt as this in the area

Cala Futadera is also known in the area as the cove of the 300 steps, you can imagine what you will need to go down from the beginning. The view of the cove from the top is impressive. We can see the contrast between the turquoise blue of the water and the green of the pines that reach the sea level, together with the pale pink color of the rocks and the shadows that the pines themselves leave over the sea. This is a little hidden gem on the Costa Brava.

Between Tossa de Mar and San Feliu is a wonderful beach with cristal clear water, rocks and fine sand, a little bit difficult to arrive here, but it's excellent and perfect beach to spent an afternoon, take the sun and listening the sound of wawes.

You get there via a very steep and tiring staircase and at the end of the effort you find yourself in front of a small and shallow cove which is why - I imagine - it is very crowded in high season. I was there in early October and there were three of us. It is not suitable for children for whom the nearby Cala Giverola is better.
