About
Visit Ree Park Safari and have an unforgettable time in the exciting world of animals. Djursland's big safari park offers wild experiences and activities among animals from 4 continents. Take a train ride across the Northamerican prarie or go on a Land Rover Safari, driving around among the many African animals on the savannah. Don’t miss out on the many fun animal activities. The only cheetahs in Denmark chase their lunch with 70 km/h, the energetic lemurs jump around for fruit and vegetables, and the otters gather around their food. The guide tells you about the animals, and you are always welcome to ask questions. Also, visit the wonderful monkeys on their own islands. You meet curious lemurs, cheeky squirrel monkeys, and many other monkey species.

We had a slightly mixed experience of the park, as we were the only ones in Camel Camp, and felt completely left to ourselves. There was no information about the barbecues and they were the most boring content for the “drop” money. The gas grills did not work, and at night we had to contact an employee, as there was noise and crap outside our Cottage. It turned out that an eagle had slipped out and walked around in Camel Camp. We were told to stay in the cabin (without toilet), and the elephant was shot at night and killed for safety reasons. We didn't get to sleep at all.
It was a very broken pleasure, and we won't come back.
Neither did we get a word on the way from Ree Park. An excuse would be in its place.

Not worth the money tbh. Nothing much to see, animals are mostly hidden/away. Don’t take the Land Rover Safari, the trip is only
15 mins and most of the things you see, you can see it just by walking around.

Booked their holiday ice cream from Aarhus. The bus was not there at 9 as it should. Customer service didn't open until 10am, so you couldn't get help...
Write to customer service and they wrote an hour later "we're sorry, we've only seen your email now. Hope you came by bus" when I wrote that I never saw any bus and had to return home, and therefore wanted a refund of my tickets.. .They chose to ignore my mail. Super bad customer service. Check out their Trustpilot for yourself

Happy family day! Fun for the youngest man of 1 year and the adults.
The American Express was a little boring, as it was difficult to understand the guide/Danish. It should also be better noted that one had to buy tickets to each of these attractions in advance.
Junior ranger cars were really nice for the least man. And the lemuraps were a sure winner.

Great park with good walks. Animals are treated very well! Which is why they can go into hiding and visitors sometimes miss out on seeing all of them. Cheers to that - animal welfare should be a top priority in a park like this. And at Ree Park it feels like it is. Well done.

If you can watch animals for hours, Ree Park is the perfect place. It is a zoo that gives to all ages, if you are a child you can take a ride in a Rover, if you are old, you can be transported around the park in Landrover and by train. Unbelievably, much of the park can be seen from above as there are many walking bridges. The communication about the animals itself is also very nice. It is a lovely and charming place. Can really be recommended.

The guided tours are really good and you get plenty of presence experiences and knowledge about the animals. It is clear that a lot of work is being done to ensure that the animals have good conditions. Nice that you can walk around the park so much.

We were two adults and two children who stayed in a Cottage by the camels. It was nice to sit on the terrace and watch the animals and to wake up to singing from the monkeys.
We had ordered a guide whom we met with at 16:00 and until 22:00. (There was a break where there was time for dinner)
Our guide was named Nikolai and we have only praise for him. He was very present, knew a lot about the animals and was clearly happy with his job. Our children 8 and 10 years old have become very curious about animals after we have come home. We would recommend Nikolai and a guided tour to everyone. It is an experience that we will talk about for a long time.

Really a good zoo for exciting animals and fun experiences. We tried the Safari tour and the guide was fun and engaged. We had an accident with a monkey and a finger, and a really nice employee helped us with a patch. And after standing in line for 15 minutes for an ice cream, the ice lady was extra generous with crumb and guf.
The only downside is the other very young staff in the various stalls and cafes, which were rather sluggish and slow in their service, which created long waiting times, although there were actually not very many guests.

I had booked a night in a Camel cottage and I and my 3 children were looking forward to the trip. We stay about 2 hours drive from the park so accommodation and 2 days in the park was a great option for us.
However, the cabin was double booked and we suddenly had no place to sleep. Great staff at Ree Park got us accommodated in the Ree family's apartment and made sure we all 4 had an unforgettable experience with a guided tour around the park and a ride on the savannah.
1000 thanks for 2 delicious days in the park ❤️
