First time we visited this cafe we had absolutely no idea what to expect. When you enter the cafe an nice doorman welcomes you to the place. A wide variety of cocktails is on the list and they are all made fresh. Also you can choose from more then 50 kinds of rum.
The music is great, from Latin to recent hits .
Since we first visited this place we became regulars although it is a 45 min drive one way for us
Parking is for free in the neighborhood which is also a plus!
So if you want a nice evening out ( party start as of 23.30 in the weekends ) join this place and dance the night away!

I've visited this place on a Saturday night. Good choice of drinks: over 40 different cocktails and over 40 types of rhum. I had two cocktails, which were very nice. The price is 7.5 euro for a cocktail, but it worth it. Good music, full of young people, nice atmosphere.

We came in early and were only guests. Got a pina colada that did not taste right and the cute bartender remade it to be just perfect. All other cocktails were a delight.

I visited this bar yesterday evening with my friend.
It was very quiet with only one other local resident present.
After getting relatively friendly with the bar owner & resident we noticed a number of wrapped substances being exchanged.
Having commented on this whilst there the mood turned somewhat uneasy.
In addition they promptly stopped & both disappeared in to another room for extended periods.
I turned to my friend & suggested we should consider leaving promptly so I asked for my bill.
The bill was high (€29) for 2 beers & 1 shot of don papa rum.
Having questioned the price, the bar owner advised that he included his friends drink in our bill.
Whilst I was uncomfortable with the idea of someone increasing our bill without our prior knowledge or consent I agreed to pay the inflated bill to avoid any unpleasantries.
Beware if you go to this place!!!

Title says it all. Cocktails were fresh, full of alcohol and taste and plenty of to choose from. It had a Caribbean vibe and good music. What made us leave sooner than we wanted was the horrible uncomfortable seating. Wish there were normal seats or lounge chairs.

Perhaps I am more used to bars in the US where tables are waited on. That's fine. We got our first couple of drinks and settled in for what became quite the people watching show. You can tell this is one of the more happening places in town and people of all sorts turned out to drink and dance and laugh...and hit on each other and avoid making contact with coworkers you might have a crush on. It was fantastic! The later in the evening it got, the more colorful the patronage. Next time I will sit at the bar to ensure service. I ordered a second round of drinks that never came, but then I wasn't charged for them either. The next time we are in Spa we will definitely come back and I'm sure my rating will go up. It is that kind of place that feels like it grows on you with the décor and music equaling the color and flavor of the drinks and the people consuming them.
