We visited this winery today on a wine tour, straight away we felt uncomfortable the lady who was hosting the tasting was especially rude to our group. She made multiple sarcastic comments to us, when asking what wine she recommended she said ‘just choose, the other group did’ and when I asked for a specific wine she then said ‘you can’t go back and fourth so just pick’. She was making comments and giving us nasty looks during the tasing. We will never visit this ‘family run business’ again. It’s a shame because this experience ruined our wine tour. Never again, we would NOT recommend.

What a treat to find this lovely winery just off the main drag, we tasted lots of delicious wines and was greeted and served by the wine makers wife who was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic with a great sense of humour We bought several bottles to take home at such reasonable prices, we will be back for sure

Small independent winery we visited as part of an organised wine tour. A vey good selection of wines to taste including Vedelho, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin in the white corner and Grenache, Cabernet Merlot and Shiraz in the red corner. The winery also produces fortified wines. Friendly unhurried wine tasting. Note the wines are only available at the winery but all seemed to be very good value.

We have been visiting Windy Creek for nine years now and have always been greeted with a very friendly welcome. Ruth is lovely. Very knowalegable and obviously enjoys what she does. Their tastings are free, you are even given complimentary cheese and biscuits. Our favourite wine is the Family Reserve. Their wines are extremely well priced compared to other wineries both in the Swan Valley and down south. The cellar is spacious and the garden looking out over the vineyard is lovely. I can strongly recommend a visit to Windy Creek. I am sure like us you will return again for years to come!

My regular customers are one of the reasons I most love about what we do here at Windy Creek Estate. We get to see them and their growing families and have a chat. Thank you Jan for taking the time to write such a positive review. Your opinion means a lot to us.
