We visited this on our way to Kumta taking the NH 48. The approach road is good. There are two view points that can be reached by climbing down the stairs. We visited this after a few days of rain, so the volume of water was good. The place is very photogenic. We were short on time so we did... More

It's better to visit some other waterfall like jog falls because this one is not what you expect, first thing you need to walk for almost an hr to reach the place from where you can see the view only, on option to take a bath or something, I agree that the view was fantastic but not Worth. I don't... More

Superb falls but can't reach up to the base of falls. Just we can have a view from a view point. Its a joyfull to watch the falls but you need to trek a lot.

I visited this place known as Unchalli Falls from Sirsi on bike of my relative taking along with me my cousin brother as well. The road to the falls is very interesting and it is an adventure in itself. You will find all the excitement while travelling on this road. Although at the start it feels like it is a... More

I have visited this falls 2 times till date. On my first visit, i was disappointed with amount of water at the falls. That might be during summer. But during my second visit, i was shocked to see the amount of water. Water level was extremely high which made the falls magnificent. There is about Km of walk required to... More

It was afternoon by the time we reached the entrance gate. I was expecting another waterfall. But nothing could have prepared us for the sight we witnessed, The authorities have built 3 observation decks at various levels. And each of the levels gives you a different perspective of the mighty and majestic falls.

I had visited last week when I tagged along with a Karnataka eco tourism volunteer. A km walk will help you to reach the falls, unfortunately we missed the view as it was foggy in the evening. But we could hear the roaring sound and water splashing all over. Am sure I have to visit again for the view of... More
