We were staying at the Fabryka hotel, so I decided to take advantage and have a spa treatment because the spa was in the hotel. The facial was very good, and the technician did a great job both on my facial and my eyebrows. The receptionist was a bit cold, but the overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend it. The only other thing I have to say is I would have had more services done if there wasn't a language barrier, and we could have communicate more effectively.

I was there for several spa services. Massage was excellent, but manicure was absolutely terrible! The hotel staff isn't client-oriented, no one cares about the client. I waited in the spa reception several minutes and heard the staff laughing in another room. The phone was ringing and no one bothered to pick it up! In the restaurant it was the same-no one came to offer a menu, I had to search for it on my own! The restaurant staff cared more about the hotel guests than the clients who weren't the hotel guests. It's strange as they shouldn't be treated better just because they already paid for their stay. You should make an effort to win a new client! The building was very new and you could see the dust from the building works. Overall, I wouldn't recommend going there as the staff is very inexperienced and not skilled. It looks as though this place has been just opened and the owners would like to get the invested money back as soon as possible. Hence, the remaining dust and the cheap and not client-oriented staff. The only one positive thing was excellent food-bravo chef!
