It is good place to spend some time with family and friends as the location isolates from the city traffic and pollution. To walk on top of the dam we have to pay the ticket 10/5 Rs. — - Better to carry the snacks/ lunch....More

It's a 100km ride from Bengaluru... Covering mostly the Highway... One can spend a good half day visiting Krishnagiri by spending time in Temple and KRP Dam/Park. Park entrance fee is just 5 rs... Simple and Maintained well... Happy visiting...

Govt is maintaining this very neatly. But the people who visits polluting it a lot. People come there cook food and dispose the waste there... On top of that pollution it is neatly maintained. We visited it by Oct2015, dam was neatly painted. Some are...More
