This is a great holy place where Chandra Bagha flows. But the area is full of waste materials and the river is full of garbage. Government should take proper action to keep the holy places near and accessable to further generation.

This temple is quite far from the most popular Viththal-Rukmini Mandir. During monsoon, it is often under water. One of the domes has swallows' nests and the hundreds of birds make this a fabulous spot. It is a must visit in Pandharpur.
