We went to Divegar as we were looking for a quaint quiet place . Well Divegar is all that, the beach was nice , the waves were good . However there's too much of commercial activity on the beach that's killing the charm of this place .

Diveagar is a remote area beach, but if one has to relax & enjoy the sea alone or with family in a quiet, peaceful environment u should definitely go. It has all water sports like goa but not the crowd.

The beach isn't very beautiful thou, made up of black sand with hardly any other options to visit close by. Water sport activities can be tried... More

The beach is neat & clean as compared to other beaches there like Shrivardhan & Harihareshwar. Black sand. Lovely sun set can be seen. Drive carefully while entering the beach area. Car tyres gets stuck in sand.

The journey from Shrivardhan to Diveagar is scenic & worth enjoying. The water at Diveagar beach is not as clear as Shrivardhan beach, but still enjoyable. There are water sports & rides to add to your fun. Sand is slightly blackish. And we witnessed an accident when a speeding jeep hit a teenager. Young boys drive these jeeps & not... More
