This place was called Prabhasa since ancient times, considered extremely holy. This is the very place where Krishna brings the Yadavas for a pilgrimage. They perform all the holy rites here followed by merriment ending up killing each other.
Rivers Sarasvati and Kapila together enter Prabhasa and joins with Hiran/Hirani that flows from the Gir forests. After the triveni sangam they together join the sea. This holy site is not only a confluence of three rivers but also the confluence of rivers with the sea.
Its recommended to take a boat ride which is about 10 mins duration. The boat goes to the center of the confluence of rivers. Only then one gets an idea of where the rivers are flowing from and where they are joining. Its hard to know by just standing on the ghats. There is lot of water in the rivers unlike Gomati in Dwaraka.
Although the ghats are constructed well, they are not clean. People feed birds and there are hundreds of them dirtying the ghats.

Triveni Sangam has located 1.4 Km from Somnath Temple.

Most of the people visit here to take bath and to perform rituals.

Its believed that taking bath at this Sangam will remove all our sins.

it is a confluence of the 3 rivers Hiran, Kapila, and Saraswati.

There is no dedicated parking for this place, we need to park our vehicles outside of the Sangam entrance.

It's clean and Well Maintained.

we can see a lot of ducks and seagulls.

Triveni sangam is famous place near Somnath temple as there is confluence of Hiran, Kapila and Saraswati river at this place. One needs to take boat ride to visit actual sangam point.

There is no dedicated parking lot near sangam entrance hence either one can park the car beside approach road or one can park inside ground of Sharada Temple. The boat ticket is Rs.20 per head and they take you to sangam point and explain you about the it. You can also see Hiran and Kapila rivers coming from both sides. There are lot of seagulls around hence good for photography.

The ghats from where you take boat are not that clean but a lot cleaner when compared to Gomti Ghat of Dwarka.

Triveni Sangam, the name itself means, meeting place of the three rivers. The three rivers meet here, and it is more of a religious site. The place is not so clean. Not worth vising, can be seen only if interested.

In 51 Shaktipeethas chandrabhaga shaktipeeth is present in the triveni sangam !! There is no temple but the place is very scared !! Only few people know about it

the divinity of the place adds on by the fact that lord krishna took bathe here in the sangam before leaving his human body and then left his body on the bank of triveni sangam which is now Gita mandir !!

Nice place but as always lacks maintenance !!

Triveni ghat in Somnath deserves special mention as a holy place as per Indian mythology since it finds mention even in epics such as the Ramayana and the Mahabharata.
This is the meeting place of three important rivers i.e. Hiran, Kapila and Saraswati before they finally empty themselves out in the Arabian Sea.
Boat Ride is also Available on side.
Triveni Sangam at a distance of 1 km from Somnath Temple and 2 km from Somnath Railway Station.
The Ghat has a very deep philosophical symbolisation itself as the merging of the rivers and their eventual pooling into the sea itself symbolises the cycle of birth, life and death and that every mortal being has to go through it.
It is believed that Lord Krishna bathed at this place just before his journey towards Goloka Dham and hence it is a spot for many to take a dip for purifying themselves. Several ghats and changing rooms have been made to provide assistance in bathing.
