We came here our first time to try something new and learn to snowboard. Unfortunately apparently all the teachers were busy with a camp for kids. None of them were available to at least give us some instructions. We had to figure out everything ourselves. Instead of helping us one teacher was very rude, instead of helping she said to stay off the slopes. What was intended to be a fun experience turned out not to be because of they’re not so kind teachers. We paid for two hours but only stayed for one, since it wasn’t so pleasant. There was another couple their it was their first time as well and had the same experience we did.

We've skied here before, and now we had been given two 4-hours vouchers, bought from Albert Hein, for Sinterklaas 2021. Due to Corona it had been difficult to plan a visit and today, April 2 2022, I found out the tickets were only valid up to March 31. Although it was mentioned on the tickets itself, I had not checked these but the Snow world website itself where this was not mentioned at all. I phoned them but there was nothing to be done about it.

Another, still valid, discount code for 25% reduction (Postcode Voordeelagenda) could not be used during booking on the website.
This attitude is very customer-unfriendly.

Overcrowded, overpriced, the slopes were only 2 ,very short and destroyed. We paid almost 50€ per person for two hours and we left in 45 minutes because we couldn’t ski due to the crowds of people in the slopes. Even the staff agreed that they let much more people than the place can handle. It could be really dangerous

We’ve been as a family several times, for ski practise as well as lessons. The teachers are really good. The slopes are great, including a red slope which is incredible for an indoor ski centre. Snowworld can get very busy in winter, particularly at reception and the changing area. Overall though it’s great fun and we will continue to go and practise our skiing there.

I am from the states and did not know that they even had something like this, so for me I found the concept very cool. I was lucky enough to go when it was Holiday time for the locals so the place was dead. How cool to just go ski indoors somewhere in the middle of the summer? It was also very reasonably priced in my opinion. The ski shop that is there had a lot of variety and nice things to check out.
Was a little taken back regarding the changing area though. 1 toilet, no sink to wash your hands, and a big open room. I am not shy but I wasn't at a bath house so did not feel the need to be exposed to others when I am going skiing.
I can not imagine what this would be like if it was busy. I would probably run for the hills.
After the fact I thought wow, this would have been a great opportunity to take a snow board lesson. Smaller environment, more private.
They have a great little area for the little like toddler aged kids also. Found that great and I do not even have kids. Cute little cafe also. Lockers available for .50 cents.
While I was waiting for my Uber I noticed a game upstairs too.

Well, to be honest: I did not ski or snowboard.... sorry.
But we had a nice time with our grandchildren, first looking at the skiing people on the first, shorter slope. Than we went to the looking place for the second slope. The real long one! I'm told the longest indoor skiingslope in Europe...
Kids loved it and it is nice to look at the activities.
Nice staff too

We booked trial ski lessons for our kids. This was fun and the teaching part seemed well organised. The lesson includes materials however we found out at reception it does not cover ski pants so we had to pay extra to rent these. She also did not provide other helpful information which we only found out afterwards - for example we bought ski gloves for €5 after the lesson for another time. Had we known this offer beforehand we would have purchased and used during the lesson instead of the not suitable gloves we had with us.

As far as indoor ski parks go this is pretty well up there. The staff are very friendly and most accommodating. Their equipment has seen better days but I'm sure they have to contend with a lot of different clients of all ages and abilities. The snow is consistently dry powder and assisted ably with a very cold -5C air flow. No unwanted moisture - good lifts that accommodate all levels and abilities. Staff were quick to react if someone came unstuck. A few different slopes available to cater for all types. Well worth the trip out there even if it's your first time on the powder!

Arrived around 5PM with time to get ready / hire kit before our private lesson (€50) at 6PM. Price seems really high though skiing is an expensive sport. Skiing from 6PM gives you a 4 hour pass on the slopes of which there are 3 (a ski / snowboard main slope, a 20% gradient advanced slope and a stunt slope) for €19 pp. The only cost which I though was slightly excessive was the waterproof snow trousers (€10 each to hire) which I probably could have bought for not much more. It is -10C though because you are skiing and moving continually and the climate is very dry, it's not unbearable. Our instructor, Fabio, was the best. I was particularly scared and he was very understanding and happy to go at our pace. I was unable to stay still on the skis at the start of the experience and able to go from the top of the slope and stop (just about) by the end.
