Bel palazzo in stile tra il tardo gotico e il rinascimentale, risalente al Quattrocento.
Si caratterizza per una imponente facciata in mattoni con una fascia orizzontale in cotto, come pure in cotto sono le finestre ogivali.
Bellissimo il portale in pietra, con medaglioni che raffigurano personaggi illustri delle famiglie Visconti e Sforza.
Purtroppo non è quasi mai visitabile all'interno.

Hermosa entrada al palacio. Una lastima algunas de las obras que se realizaron, visiblemente mal realizadas. En el interior hay un bello claustro.
