Great little beach
Sep 2020 • Couples
Lovely clean sandy beach with everything you could need. You can hire two comfortable sun beds with a lock box, WiFi and phone charger for €10 per day. The lock box is super useful if you want to stash keys, wallets, phones etc whilst swimming. There is also a small snack bar. The snorkelling here was great and we saw a huge variety of fish including some cornet fish pushing 1m long. Word of warning though, don’t touch/sit on the fern like sea weed when snorkelling- it stings!!

Stunning, worth the drive.

Stunning, worth the drive from anywhere. Good parking if you get there early, lovely cafe on the beach. Sunbeds very comfortable and reasonably priced (2 for 10€), hubby and I felt very safe with the addition of a lock box.

Beautiful clean,sandy beach
Sep 2020 • Couples
Glystra beach is definitely worth a visit from anyone staying on Rhodes and in the area. It’s relatively small but it’s in a sheltered bay with clear, calm water and fine sand which makes it an excellent spot for a quick dip or a full day. There’s a small cafe at one end for those wanting to buy drinks and snacks too.

It’s easily found on the road heading south from Lindos and there’s parking for a few dozen cars literally steps from the water.

The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is because there’s relatively limited changing and shower facilities - just one open shower. Other than that, it’s a beautiful beach that I recommend visiting!

Good beach
Sep 2019
The Glystra beach is located in nice lagoon between Kiotary and Pefkos. The water is very clean. And the water is quite shallow. Thus there's number of families with little kids. It might be noisy.
It's easy to reach - the main island road to Lindos is 100 m away. So the beach is never empty. But it's still nice. Especially before sunset - less people and cliffs are coloured gold.

Amazing beach
Sep 2019 • Couples
Probably one of the nicest beaches we visited in Rhodes. You can float in the sea, and the beds for hire include a security box to keep valuables in.

Only downside is we couldn’t see any toilets, not sure if they were hidden anywhere.

Lovely bay.

This beach is on a bus route, so easy to get to. Two sun beds and a parasol cost 12 euros for the day. There is one small cafe there where you can buy drinks and snacks at a price! I would recommend that you take your own drinks and snacks, A lovely safe family beach.
