The location is beautiful. If you get there early enough (10/10.30am) you’ll get a subbed right on the waters edge. It’s lovely to lie in the sun with your feet in the water. The cafe didn’t open until close to 11am, the service was a little slow initially but got slightly better during the day as more people got to work. The meal sizes are TINY and there is no value for money. The sun beds were expensive! 50euro for two.

This beach boasts more than just crystal clear waters; it’s also so calm, with barely a ripple of waves. It’s fantastic for a relaxing swim and just enjoying floating around in the sea. Whilst doing so, you’ll get a great view of the acropolis too.

The only thing which detracts from a 5* review is the fact that almost the entire shoreline is taken up with sun beds for hire. There’s very little space at all to leave belongings if you’re not interested in hiring one. Being so popular and small, it also means the small spaces which are available are often going to be taken too. We had to leave our stuff up on the pier.

Certainly a must-visit beach when visiting Rhodes though.

Absolutely stunning bay with beautiful clear water (when we visited) and quite a few fish.

There is one restaurant by the beach which is not cheap, would say moderately priced.

Only the toilet in the restaurant was open in the whole bay which was pretty concerning.

Sun beds were VERY expensive at 15 Euros EACH which weren’t even near the sea! A few people refused to pay and actually left. It’s quite a long walk down to the bay but if it hadn’t been we may have also refused. There isn’t anywhere else to sit on the beach so if you don’t pay for the beds then it’s a wasted journey!

Like others we have been coming to St Pauls Bay for many years …. Not anymore. Prices are €40 for two, no wi-fi (a nice to have I know) many people just walking away but after we walked 1.5miles to get here we stayed. Prices the same all around the bay. I only hope someone realises that such prices will only put people off visiting Lindos. By comparison Agathi beach ( clearer water and great snorkelling) offers two beds for €15 inc internet and lockable cupboards.

A lot more boat traffic coming in and out of the bay too. So water is not very clear at all and you need to be careful swimming.

Not recommend! We loved the place in the past but this time they asked for 20 euros for 1 sun bed! While rest of rhodes charges 6-8 euros max. The sea looks nice but it is the same with Lindos beach which is only 3 min away where you also many resturant options unlike here where you are stuck with 1 restaurant and obvously you cant enter wihtout reservation. Still faliraki beach is much is the best choice in Rhodes

Beautiful Bay, amazing views - extortionate pricing on sun beds ! If you want to enjoy a day at St Paul's 'Pink Luxury Beach' you can expect to pay 40 euros for two sunbeds or 60 euros for a 'Bali' type bed no matter whether you use them for an hour or all day. Parking is 5 euros. Food and drink is lovely but a hike on prices everywhere else. on the island.

Agios Pavlos Beach nestles below the rock on which the Lindo’s Acropolis stands, in the small St Pauls Bay with its turquoise waters and traditional whitewashed Greek chapel, a popular wedding location. It is believed that St. Paul came here in the year 51 AD to teach Christianity to the Rhodians. This is where locals from the lower part of Lindo’s village come to swim; there are rocks from which to dive into the crystal water and two taverns to give you the courage to do so.
Its protected waters make it an ideal anchorage for visiting sailing yachts. As there is no public automobile access, you must leave the car well before you reach the beach and then walk. There is also a path from the village just below the Acropolis. Either way, good walking shoes are recommended.
TIP: Go early in summer, as there is almost no space for people who don't want to pay to rent a very expensive sunbed.

It’s pretty bay but soooo utterly commercialised! Very crowded and very small place. Paid 50 euro for two sun bends at 4pm (nearby Lindos beach at this time were selling at 10euro). Boys in uniforms prancing around selling the sun beds with no customer service skills. No water sports - not even a paddle board to rent. No sand - so no beach for kids. I would not recommend this place for families with kids.

Beautiful place! We made the effort to get to St Peter's Bay which is judged to be the prettiest beach - just a bit further to walk in 35 degrees! The snorkelling was fun in very calm water and lots of rocky places to explore. Downside is we claimed a comfy sunbed each but soon vacated it when an 'employee' with a bum bag asked us for 50 euros - 50 euros!? I wanted to lie on it, not buy it.
The shopping is fun through typical Greek narrow avenues and the locals have helpfully put canopies up for shade in the walkways. Many cafes to choose from and the acropolis is well worth the climb!

Visited the beach on St Paul’s Bay many times before and always enjoyed the fantastic setting and its small taverna for a relaxed lunch.
This year the beach has been invaded by dozens of oversized four-poster bed style sun loungers that now completely dominate what was a picturesque corner of Lindos. Not have they only spoilt an otherwise beautiful beach their daily fees are eye watering. The standard sub loungers last year were €12 for two. This year they are €25. The four posters €60!
This used to be our go to beach during our many holidays in Lindos. Now, I shall be considering holidaying elsewhere ☹️
