Booking was possible on short notice (just one evening before). Pick-up and drop-off right in front of our hotel between Rhodes Town and Faliraki. Bus driver was not the most cheerful but he managed to steer his mini bus to the promised destination in time. All in all a good alternative to get to Lindos without having to take Taxi, private car or speed boat.

I booked a cruise for our family (six adults, 2 children, and one infant) in advance - from Rhodes to Lindos. The problem was that my email reservation - confirmed - did not make it through to the bus driver. We waited at the Akti Imperial bus stop and the bus drove by. I quickly called the company and they realized their mistake. The bus came back and picked us up - we made it to the boat on time.
What we didn't know before the trip was that it was a three-hour cruise each way with a three-hour stop in Lindos. However, the boat was comfortable and the two swimming stops in the sea were wonderful.
Lindos has plenty to see, although the walk up from the pier to the town in the heat is a bit challenging. Our granddaughters enjoyed a short donkey ride (the usual price is 9 euros one way but we got a better deal!). We had an excellent lunch in the Village Cafe and my son and I walked up the hill to the acropolis. You can see the amazing views without paying the entrance fee there.
Overall, a wonderful day along the Rhodes coast!

Everything was well organised. We didn't have any kind of problems.
The ship left on time.
The guides explained in detail the history of Symi island.
I recommend it.

Picked up on time, was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable driver caloed Yiannis in a clean air conditioned mini bus.
On the drive to Seven Springs and Lindos, Yiannis provided us with a guided tour along the way which we didn't expect. He was very informative and funny and made us feel very comfortable and comfortable.
Highly recommended!

We took a bus trip around the whole island of Rhodes. Timing and organisation was excellent: We arrived at our first stop, Valley of Butterflies, at 10, when it wasn't as crowded as later in the day.Same is true for all the other stops. Special thanks to our driver and guide, who kept us safe, entertained and informed.

We booked beach cruise with buffet. We came last with our bus so there were no seats on the boat for us, we had to sit on some stairs for the whole 8 hour ride. We felt like we were in the way the whole time and my back hurt from sitting in a weird position for so long. We were way too many people on the boat and if I knew it would be like that there's absolutely no way I would have booked it. If you book this make sure you are first to arrive on the boat to get a seat, otherwise forget it! For us this really sucked and we were so disappointed

The whole experience was really nice. There was a stop to Anthony Quinn Bay for 30 mins and another one to tsampika beach!
The stop at the main destination (Lindos) was for 3 hours and the crew gave us instructions on what we can do there (visit the acropolis, see the old village etc).
The beach at lindos was amazing so the trip is really worthy.
Remember to get shoes if you want to go all the way to the acropolis and much cold water as the temperature is really high.
Overall both the experience of the trip and the service in the boat was great.

Walking in the town of Kolymbia came across Captains Tours. They had lots of tours but after a trip on the local bus to Rhodes Town like a sardine standing all the way we say that they did a trip to Lindos and it was only 12 Euros for a round trip. That is only 4 Euros more than the local bus. We booked and we were picked up at our hotel in a lovely coach with a great safe driver. We called at the seven springs on the way (would suggest you take flip flops if you are going to walk through the tunnel). Then onto Lindos where we had 3 hrs free time before the return. We stopped at a few spots to take lovely photos and then dropped off back at our hotel. Wish we had found this company earlier as we would have done more with them. Excellent day out.

Booked two trips with Captain's Tours - both of which never happened because of the incompetence of the agent. Booked for Lindos and Rhodes Old Town, both of which I heard were stunning. The day after booking we had a note in our hotel to advise us that both trips were on the same day and they'd made a mistake. So we had to cancel one - no apology but advised 'things happen'. The second trip to Rhodes - they were due to pick us up at 15:00 and we waited and waited (for an hour) and no pick up. We were later advised that they'd changed the time and location of the pick up so we missed our trip again. The service and incompetence of this agency almost ruined our holiday. I plead with those look it to book a trip to avoid this company. Absolute shambles from start to finish.

20 euros each per person cheaper for the trip to symi than our reps at hotel offered , the women at captain tours at kolimbia was very helpful, coach picked us up at hotel doorstep and took us back after a great day sightseeing, others who found out at hotel at our bargain day out were none too pleased but I always do my homework when booking a trip!
