From the antique, to the arts, to the stable, winery or just the building and the grounds. It’s good to have a guide to talk through the tour that finally end with some sherry tasting and finally buy some home.

If you only do one visit to,a sherry bodega then this is the one to try. It is a beautiful building, built only recently but it recreates an authentic 18th century bodega perfectly. It is filled with nostalgic photos of the owners family, wonderful furniture , paintings and antiques . Our guide coped very well with giving the tour in English and Dutch and she was witty, knowledgable of the bodega and its wines, and made the tour very interesting. We would return next year and repeat the visit .…

please try to see this place. It is filled with history even though the buildings went up only 30 years ago they have been built as if is was 1800's The family have filled the rooms with antiques, art, especially Picasso etchings , a Miro and a Dali. There are thouroughbred horses in the stables, black beauties, oh yes and there is sherry to taste. The tour was facinationg, our tour guide managed to be informative, funny and knowledgable , she also did the tour in English and Dutch simultaneously . We tried five sherries , the bottle was left on our table each time so we could take as much as we wanted, very generous. The Oloroso was nutty and rich and quite delicious, the fino was excellent too. We payed 12.5 euro, spent 2 hours tasting and looking around and it was worth every penny. We booked in advance but if you just turn up and it is quiet you could be added onto a tour but I think book to be sure of a place.…
