Welcome to our family-owned bodega, devoted to recovering the history of one of the world´s best known wine regions, famous from time immemorial for its fine wines. Over a decade ago we decided to "row upstream" and place our confidence in creating a unique red wine in a region dominated by white grapes. After an excellent premiere by our signature brands Garum, Samaruco and PetitVerdot, we´ve gone on to set ourselves new challenges. We have already developed a wine aged underwater in amphoras and have also made wines with ancient, regional varieties that had neared extinction, such as Tintilla and Palomino negro. Together with this, our first Jerez wine with natural alcohol content is already ageing in American Oak casks.

We were just 2 couples for the tour on a lovely weather day in early February. Caroline was brilliant and we learn a lot from her knowledge and enthusiasm. The setting and setup are very impressive. The wine tasting and interesting tapas helped the whole occasion. We enjoyed the quality of the wines and strongly recommend a visit.

This modern bodega had only produced 1000 bottles of sherry (so far) and sold out within 2 weeks, thus no sherry for tasting. On a cold blustery day, we stayed inside the crystal room for the presentation with spectacular views . A very interesting presentation and approach to re-establishing some of the older local grape varieties and using traditional hand... More

We stopped at Cadiz on a cruise and decided to go to Jerez. Our taxi/guide Carlos recommended and arranged for us to visit Luis Perez and we were very glad he did. We were the only tourists there and we avoided meeting anyone else from our ship! Caroline was a fantastic guide, spoke perfect English, and explained everything about the... More

We really had a nice time at the bodegas. The tour was very good and Caroline the guide was really cool and charming. The wine tasting and tapas at the end was espectacular. Also recommend to buy an exquisite extra virgin olive oil at the bodega. Really worth it and Reasonable prices.

Bodegas Luis Perez is situated on some beautiful hills outside of Jerez. The view itself is absolutely stunning, and we had a fantastic tour with Caroline - who really went above and beyond for us. The wines and tapas we tasted were excellent. Highly recommended.

Thanks to our guide, Caroline, we spent a great time at Bodega Perez. It was a pleasure to have such a detailed presentation in perfect English! We tasted 4 wines and had 3 types of tapas - very generous portions and excellent quality. The setting is lovely and their new building is made with a lot of taste. Congrats to... More

This place deserves its high rating. The architecture of old and new building is stunning. Our tour guide was very good and the tapas + wine were excellent. I would recommend ordering the extra tapas (25 per person) but for sure worth it and you get to taste one more wine.

We didn't realize that you need an appointment for a guided tour. But we were very lucky that Caroline had time to guide us though the vineyard the winery, it was great. We also enjoyed the wine tasting at the end with very good Tapas. A very friendly welcoming place!

This is such a beautiful winery! Caroline was so friendly and accommodating, we all felt very welcome. The wine tasting was nice and relaxing and it was so interesting to learn about wine in the region. The tapas were also delicious and went perfectly with the wine and olive oil.
