Jose Luis was very knowledgeable and well versed in English! He gave us our first wine tasting experience! He was fun and we learned a lot! I am so grateful they were still open and if you are wondering whether or not you should go, do it! The views are lovely and so is Jose!

We had a superb tour at Vina La Constancia. The best part about the tour was that all the tours are in private groups so are very flexible. It's easier to ask questions etc and it means you have soemone to take photos for you. All tours must be booked in advance by email (don't be deterred by the fact the website is only in Spanish, tours are available in English as well and you can email in English!). Jose was very helpful in arranging the tour. The tour was very informative and our guide very knowledgeable. It was great to see the vineyard as well as the bodega and scenery was beautiful. To round off the visit we had a tasting. The wines are all unfiltered (hard to buy in the UK) and absolutely delicious. It is well worth trying the unfiltered wines in Jerez - they taste very different to the filtered wines you can buy in supermarkets in the UK and have a richer, rounder fuller flavour. The tasting was generous and flexible (e.g. I know I don't like Pedro Ximinez, so I had an extra glass of amontillado, you can have a top up of your favourite, etc).…
