This is one of our favourite Spanish city’s, it fantastic & enjoyable to stroll around, a little steep in places but take it steady & walk around the out side of the walls & take everything in... we found the tourist information centre a little...More

What a lovely place this was to wander round, so much history. Loved the museum and going down and seeing the cistern at the bottom. Sorry I was unable to climb the towers.

mostly car free or at least little traffic, the old streets and stairs of Caceres are a beautiful stroll with plenty of sights.

We arrived for the WOMAD 2018 festival, and found ourselves in such a fantastic town...history all around us, amazing music, hotels right on the square, everything you could wish for a fairy tale holiday!
