Hidden Gem . Beautiful monastery and surroundings. Old town , old.hospital current Parador , small cozy places to eat. No need to sleep , unless you want to stay since Trujillo is one by.

I would say that you may rent-a-car in Seville but I strongly advise you to stay one night in Guadalupe as the round trip to Seville is more than 600 km and the monastery has fixed visit hours.
