We visited the museum, tomb and ruins on family vacation - very impressive, specially Pomegranat tomb with stoune doors. All complex is very well maintained, staff is very friendly, many thanks to Valentina for aĺl the information and quidance!

Good directions round the site and lots of information in Italian and English. Well worth a full morning or afternoon.

The excavation place is a typical greek city which is typical for the south of Italy. There is a great museum nearby which shows a lot of artefacts found in the region

But very interesting.You can walk alone through the little path and see and read the information.You can immagine what there is under the green grass waiting to be unburied. There is a little museum and ticket entrance is ridicolous.Two Hours is enought to enjoy all.Pay...More

Interesting spot for those who loves history, or have an hour spare while in the area. Very easy accessible place with car park. Right on Adriatic coast with great views.

The museum is well laid out in 12 rooms covering the history of the site from about 1600 BC to 1000AD. At the entrance to each room there is a board giving an English description of the period covered by the exhibits in the room....More
