Big time RIPOFF!!! what a waste of money and time. Terrible app forces you to join digital queues and wait 2 hours, you can't join another queue so you are stuck waiting 95% of the visit. Waited 2 hours for the virtual reality attraction (that its self has 5 attractions) only to be given a single token to be used for only one of the five, then after your 2 minute experiance you have to leave and join the digital 2 hour queue again. Place is packed WAY beyond what they can handle. Terrible food, overpriced, all to see attractions rivaled by a playground at a moterway gas station. AVOID!!!

Dear Rory,
I'm sorry we did not live up to your expectations and the wait ruined your experience.
We have made the digital queue in the same way as a physical queue, ie that you can only stand in one queue at a time, just as you would be able to physically. However, the digital queue allows you to walk around and experience some of the above attractions which do not require digital queue, e.g. our gardens, as well as playgrounds, BallFactory, WaterWorks, Phenomena, BubbleLab etc. As well as our additional attractions this summer; SpeedTrack and Corn Maze.
I wish you a good summer,

What a waste of time and money!!! 2.5 hours into our visit we are now in a digital queue to the skytrail. And a 45 minute queue to a burger we already paid for. Still waiting. In the meantime there is nothing to do. You can't enter other activities while waiting. App doesn't work properly. Staff says it is "just minor problems that we already know about" But fact is that the kids are disappointed and we are too. A very long drive and a lot of money to eat a bad burger and an ice cream. Even if skytrail turns out to be a good experience it will be the only thing we are able to do with 2 hour waiting for each activity. We should have gone to Wow Park.

I have wanted to come here for years and maybe I shouldn’t have waited so long. It seems that most of the fun experiences were a lot more fun years ago. Don’t get me wrong; we were perfectly entertained during our visit but the price tag is way too high when you see what you get.
Would recommend the rocket building factory. And maybe to go in summertime (it was too cold for us to sit outside in the lovely parks).

Really a fantastic place if you want to be entertained and learn something about our planet earth.
We were lucky to come on a Saturday when there weren't that many people. (change day in the summer house)
The place can be recommended for both children and adults. The only disadvantage is that the capacity of rides is small, so there is often a wait.
Fantastically beautiful flower garden and cozy places where you can eat your own food.
We spent 5 hours and it was adequate.

A nice park for everyone but feels to be mainly focused on children. Every attraction has something educative, however some attractions didn't seem to work at all. For example, in the fire house, the only thing that worked was a room full of fake smoke. The other exhibits in which you could spark a fire didn't work at all.
Our party consisted out of people who did not speak Danish at all, and when we went and watched "Robot Robert" we had the worst 20 minutes of our lives. Mainly because we could not understand anything, and we didn't feel like we were able to leave. The children started to get bored quickly because they didn't understand either. However, we mainly see this as our own fault as we didn't do any research.

Danfoss has truly created an interesting park. In these pandemic times I was quite disappointed in guests not distancing themselves. The Danfoss staff unfortunately didn’t notice the missing distancing in the lines or are not trained to act on it. With that said staff was friendly and very kind to everyone.
We didn’t try the VR because of the long lines. We had just spent 45 minutes in line at the blue house and 1 hour in line at the segways and didn’t want to do that again.
I am happy we only paid half the normal entrance fee.

Fantastic place to visit for families with children. There are a lot of different activites that can keep your children going the whole day. I can only highly recommend it.
A few tips:
Bring food from home. The food is extremely overpriced and average.
Check the weather report. It is a lot more fun if it is nice weather.

Danfoss Universe has been a long time wish list for my boyfriend and I, but the park is too far away from our home.
So when my boyfriend and I got the opportunity to stay at a hotel near by the Danfoss Universe, we went for a visit right away.
The weather was very bad that day and it rained a lot, but we didn't care, we were too excited to visit the park.
We haved read a lot of reviews about Danfoss Universe. For instance that the park was too small and didn't satisfy the visitors expectations: no roller coasters and some weaknesses... So we were prepared.
My boyfriend and I are both science students so personal we thought a lot of the rides were fun. But it is true, that the park is very small, but the entrance price is reasonable compared to other danish parks.
A entrance ticket cost about 195 dkk while other parks for instance Legoland in Billund cost about 309 dkk. In Danmark Segway rides are very expensive, so this was of course the first thing we tried in the park. This was all worth the entrance money.
Danfoss Universe was fun, cosy and the staff was very helpful and kind, but we will not participate twice... We felt like we haved seen it all during our visit.
I haves attached a picture, this will say a lot about Danfoss Universe:
If you know why one person(standing as far away from the car as possible) is enough to pull a car down... you will find Danfoss Universe interesting. If you don't know the reason, maybe you will still find the park interesting anyway because the park really differentiate itself from other danish parks.
I hope this helped you.

Very nice place to visit. It is incredible what Danfoss did on this park. The feelings are the best for adults and kids. So many nice things an options to do and a so different experience on the virtual reality I could never find on a park. Maybe one of the things that can be better is, outside the high season, some attractions like the robot was only in Danish. I experience also a huge waiting time on the roller coaster and it was only 4 people in the queue, but the attendant was attending both the roller coaster and the racer. At the end, it was marvelous, with very nice attendants, very helpful and happy.I would not recommend for kids bellow 7 years.
