Wonderful experience. Great service. The app is very good and easy to use. The Food was also great, can recommend the kebab. Short waiting time for the activities.

Great place to spend a day, the activities a good, the food fair. The digital queue system is functional but you can only queue for one attaction at a time. So it the queue is two hours and you signed up for something you cant try other things while you wait your turn. This part could be better.

Big time RIPOFF!!! what a waste of money and time. Terrible app forces you to join digital queues and wait 2 hours, you can't join another queue so you are stuck waiting 95% of the visit. Waited 2 hours for the virtual reality attraction (that its self has 5 attractions) only to be given a single token to be used for only one of the five, then after your 2 minute experiance you have to leave and join the digital 2 hour queue again. Place is packed WAY beyond what they can handle. Terrible food, overpriced, all to see attractions rivaled by a playground at a moterway gas station. AVOID!!!

Dear Rory, I'm sorry we did not live up to your expectations and the wait ruined your experience. We have made the digital queue in the same way as a physical queue, ie that you can only stand in one queue at a time, just as you would be able to physically. However, the digital queue allows you to walk around and experience some of the above attractions which do not require digital queue, e.g. our gardens, as well as playgrounds, BallFactory, WaterWorks, Phenomena, BubbleLab etc. As well as our additional attractions this summer; SpeedTrack and Corn Maze. I wish you a good summer,

What a waste of time and money!!! 2.5 hours into our visit we are now in a digital queue to the skytrail. And a 45 minute queue to a burger we already paid for. Still waiting. In the meantime there is nothing to do. You can't enter other activities while waiting. App doesn't work properly. Staff says it is "just minor problems that we already know about" But fact is that the kids are disappointed and we are too. A very long drive and a lot of money to eat a bad burger and an ice cream. Even if skytrail turns out to be a good experience it will be the only thing we are able to do with 2 hour waiting for each activity. We should have gone to Wow Park.

Danfoss has truly created an interesting park. In these pandemic times I was quite disappointed in guests not distancing themselves. The Danfoss staff unfortunately didn’t notice the missing distancing in the lines or are not trained to act on it. With that said staff was friendly and very kind to everyone.
We didn’t try the VR because of the long lines. We had just spent 45 minutes in line at the blue house and 1 hour in line at the segways and didn’t want to do that again.
I am happy we only paid half the normal entrance fee.

We visited the park in the middle of the summer holidays, and long lined stretched already at the entrance. Luckily we had bought Sønderborg Stjerne tickets, so we could just join the queue "With Ticket". But we have a boy who has an Handicap Card, but because of this we had to go and "buy a free ticket" for the companion in another queue. When we had "bought" the free ticket, we had to go to another queue with those who had annual passes. Already here the energy for my som was nearly zero, so it became a slightly short experience. There must be another way to do that...

But the park itself worked. We stood in line for a maximum of 30 minutes and the park did not seem overcrowded. The food in Burger Factor was also a perfectly ok experience and classes higher than usual chain fast food.

Never got in as lines were extrnding for hundreds of meters
Think they might be choking on success
Should have limit onnumber of guests esp since we run the risk of catching corona

Dear, Sorry that you had this experience in Universe. We had 2 days where the number was higher then what we could handle, not Corona restriction wise, but experience wise. My sincerely apologies for the "not ok" experience you had. Kind regards, Jonas

An amusement park for kids and their parents but much more than that. While being entertained you also learn a lot about modern technology and environment. Being "a little off the main road" you also avoid having to stand in long queues. Very professional run place with a service minded young staff. We will definitely be back.

Great science park with friendly staff at the activities. But consider bringing your own food. We had lousy and expensive burgers at the Burger Factory.
And try to avoid toilet visits - they were all totally messed up and dirty.
It seems like the place is totally unprepared for a busy day...

Please don't make the mistake we did and arrive in the afternoon, there is so much to do, you need to plan to spend the full day. So aim to arrive for 10 and stay right through until closing time at 17.00. It is great for all ages. We spent time in the VR part, it was fantastic. We tried out the VR rollercoaster, racing, dancing, walk the plank, all of which were so much fun. We also joined in a rocket making workshop and launched our rockets afterwards. The ball factory was great fun too. The sky trail was also good, though some might be a little nervous of it! We ate at the buffet, the food there was excellent. There are also lots of lovely spots to eat a picnic. The weather was mixed when we went, sunshine and showers, but there is a great range of indoor and outdoor activities so it really doesn't matter what the weather is like, you can still have a great day here. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this place if visiting Southern Denmark.
