I'm interested in children's play, so this was a great opportunity to see some really imaginative equipment. It was very quiet as it was a school day but I'm sure children love the place and it has a lot of appeal for parents too as...More

On a sunny and warm saturday for March we went here for a walk. Unfortunately the museum was closed. The paths however are well indicated and it’s a great park for a walk. The many magnolia trees were flowering and the arboretum is great.

Bokrijk just really had everything you need... There's play stuff for kids of all ages, different food options ranging from cheap fries to self-service and full service brasserie, super pretty arboretum and nice options to go for walks.

I walked over here (solo) from the water bridge to check it out. Cost was like 12 EURO to get in, and the small town feel to this museum was excellent. Definitely start by walking through the arboretum, one of the best I've ever seen...More

Bokrijk is a historic open-air museum composed of an impressive selection off old houses, churches and bars from past centuries. It shows clearly and realistically how people used to live and work in these dark ages. Old country houses, barns, churches, etc. have been taken...More
