This place is definitely a must stop if you are in this area. Hauswirth chocolates are very delicious and some of them are filled with fruits and alcohol. Lovely. The price quality ratio is incredibly great. Moreover you can also visit thr factory free of charge before entering the chocolate heaven in shop. Enjoy!

Small shop with chocolate and bonbons from factory. Of course it's crowded, because prices are reasonable. Recommended place.

This is now all about turism. No space to enjoy shopping or the factory. Everyone is unpatient and they wouldn ' t like to wait in the long queue. Wanted to shop and taste chocolate. Takes too long in the. crowd. I didn t enjoy it at all. They need to open a shop in a bigger building or don t let too much people in!

2 parts to this: (a) an overflowing shop full of Slovaks and Hungarians looking for dirt cheap chocolate and (b) a tour akin to a trip around around a 1950s Ostbloc prison.

If you want cheap tasty chocolate, come along. The tour is a complete and utter waste of time - a load of old photos, no one in sight and headsets that didn't work. The DIY factory is reminiscent of an Eastern European jail so forget that.

We came here unwanted and was worth it. Little shop with great and cheap chocolate and bonbons, all free to taste. Possible video room how chocolate is made and also little tour in the production too. Such a treasure near Bratislava. Recommend for sure and coming again :)

It's a place worth visiting with family and/or friends. The factory where the chocolates are produced, can be visited for free. There is a corridor for the visitors where anyone can see the how the sweets are made and packed. It's also possible to borrow an audio guide for 10 EUR deposit you get back in the end.
Besides the factory there is a shop where you can buy loads of chocolates produced here on a really friendly price, but still at a very high quality.Very much recommended to give it a try!
