There are quite a few animals on the site, but frankly, I felt so bad for them! They were pacing back and forth in their enclosures, no food or water in sight ((on a hot summer day!). The emus had no place for shelter from the sun and were frantically pacing back and forth!

It was nice to find an assortment of unusual animals right in between the Inns. It's a small little farm with a few varieties of birds and animals. It's well kept and the animals seem OK. The fee is by donation so there's nothing to loose in checking it out.

My kids love visiting the Block Farm...the animals are friendly and unusual. Take a break from the beach and visit this nice little farm.

After a long day of biking or baking on the beach, this little menagerie is a great change of pace. Our son got a kick out of visiting the animals. They didn't have any treats to feed the animals this time, but we still got to see several residents up close. The animals are well-cared for and have lots of... More

The animals had space and looked to be in good shape, but not much to look at. Kids weren't interested at all and we were in and out in under 5 minutes.

This was a very cool break from everything else on the island. They take very good care of the animals! We even pet the zedonk - he came right over to us!

Every time we are on Block Island we stop to visit this farm. This year there were 2 new (2 month old) Alpacas. 5 Alpacas sat around the entrance of the store/mill and the rest were behind a fence with the little ones. Tank the tortoise, the charming Yak, 2 sweet donkeys, a couple of busy emus are just a... More

I very surprised by the amount of different animals there. They even had an alpaca store. I saw a girl taking selfies with an alpaca lol. Their garden was extensive. They even had edible flowers. Also had a stand to buy fresh baked goods along with veggies & herbs. Great place to take the kids

This has always been a favorite spot and a tradition of ours on Block Island. We love feeding the llamas- especially when they grab the cup out of your hand and chug it down like it's the best cocktail they've ever tasted! If you love animals this is a must do!

We visited this farm on Block Island, great gardens with mostly vegetables that are used in the family restaurant. They had a small zoo with camels, lamas ,tiny pony, donkey, kangaroo, several different species of birds and a zeedonk, which is a off spring of a zebra and a donkey and a few other animals, great if you have kids...
