Yak, camels, kangaroos, exotic birds, lamas, sheep, turtles and hares, and it goes on.... I went over twice!!! The second time was for the yearly blessing of the animals. Such fun. well kept. And don't miss the barn that sells goods made from the fur of these animals. Yarns spun right there.

We took our two sons to the farm in August and we all loved it. We made friends with llamas, camels, a kangaroo, tortoises, exotic birds, horses, bulls and more. And we were able to feed them! They seemed well cared for and had plenty of space to roam. We'll definitely be back.

Cute mini animal farm to enjoy. The animals are friendly and unusual. In the summer you may want to visit farm during evening hours when is much cooler and more animals show up.

There are quite a few animals on the site, but frankly, I felt so bad for them! They were pacing back and forth in their enclosures, no food or water in sight ((on a hot summer day!). The emus had no place for shelter from the sun and were frantically pacing back and forth!

It was nice to find an assortment of unusual animals right in between the Inns. It's a small little farm with a few varieties of birds and animals. It's well kept and the animals seem OK. The fee is by donation so there's nothing to loose in checking it out.

After a long day of biking or baking on the beach, this little menagerie is a great change of pace. Our son got a kick out of visiting the animals. They didn't have any treats to feed the animals this time, but we still got to see several residents up close. The animals are well-cared for and have lots of... More

The animals had space and looked to be in good shape, but not much to look at. Kids weren't interested at all and we were in and out in under 5 minutes.

This was a very cool break from everything else on the island. They take very good care of the animals! We even pet the zedonk - he came right over to us!

Every time we are on Block Island we stop to visit this farm. This year there were 2 new (2 month old) Alpacas. 5 Alpacas sat around the entrance of the store/mill and the rest were behind a fence with the little ones. Tank the tortoise, the charming Yak, 2 sweet donkeys, a couple of busy emus are just a... More
