This is definitely the top outdoor scenic attraction of the island. You can’t beat the view from the top of the bluff. There is quite some interesting history to the area that is a bit of a historical bummer so I won’t share here for...More

Quite a walk down these bluffs, stairs go forever but well worth it once you arrive on the beach! Get ready for some real exercise climbing back up. I have a bad foot so I stayed up top while the kids and husband ventured down....More

A beautiful ride around the island by our tour guide Migg's Rig, allowed us to see all the sights and learn the history of Block Island. Magnificent views and a lovely quaint island with friendly locals and a warm welcome experience.

One of the most breathtaking sights on island! The wind farm, the bluffs, the beautiful blue water, the island's rocky southern coastline...it doesn't get much better!

We went right after the big storm blew through overnight and the wind was still fierce. The surf was SPECTACULAR! Didn't attempt the 150 steps down to the beach but the view from the cliff is a must see while on Block Idland.

Walking down the steep stairs can be scary and remember you have to walk back up! It is beautiful and worth it

About a half hour walk from town (maybe 40min.) Gorgeous views up top and a rocky beach below. Stairs and rocks not too difficult with sturdy shoes. So pretty. Less than two hours round trip. Nice way to work off our B&B’s champagne brunch!

Beautiful view. The walk down the stairs is nice but coming up, I hope you’re in shape. Definitely worth the effort.

Mohegan Bluffs gives a lovely sweeping view from above, and the climb down the many stairs is not for the faint of heart. But I have seen athletes run UP the steps. When I was much younger there WERE NO STEPS. Climbing down was much...More
