Tried the relaxation tank experience, thoroughly enjoyed it. Recommend using the earplugs provided as your ears are submerged during the hour. Music is played 10 mins prior to the start of the experience to give you time to change into your swimming costume and shower. Vaseline is provided to cover up any cuts or grazes. I found it very relaxing... More

I am in the middle of 10 floatation sessions and loving it. The staff are all so warm and welcoming the facilities are fabulous and the floatation itself is an incredible experience. It would be difficult to recommend the North Spa too much!

Had my shellac nails done here for the races and they were perfect, I've had them done at a million places in St. Helens but the north spa is definitely the best and have the nicest range of colours. This will deffo be my regular from now on plus all the staff are lovely and make you feel at home!

Following a Groupon purchase for a Flotation (sensory deprivation tank) experience for an hour. I went today. I first heard about it through Joe Rogan a few years ago. Since then really wanted to try it. Was impressed with professional staff. And very well presented classy venue. I did enjoy the tank experience, but not as much as I thought... More

I first went to the North Spa with a hamstring injury, which I’d been resting for 4 months without seeing any improvement. After just a couple of sports massages with Chris I was pain-free and back running. Over the last couple of years, Chris has not only regularly repaired my battered legs from the crazy hill running and cycling I... More
