Took the family to watch 'Nativity 2' and I feel the need to comment on what a great family-friendly venue it is. Free parking, great cinema prices (kids only £3), great confectionery prices (especially compared to the chain cinemas). We bought drinks but just one bag of popcorn and the volunteer behind the bar gave each of the kids a plastic bowl to share it out. On that point... I must comment on how friendly the staff and volunteers were - they make the place! My husband commented on the cinema now being digital and what great quality it was (lost on me!).

Very impressed and will be taking the family to Artrix for films and other family shows etc far more often.

Lady Boys of Bancock, really enjoyed this show, slow to begin with but some really funny parts and good singing. If these were really ladyboys then you men may have a probkem. Free car park, the bar is small but staff do a good job.

Visited for the first time last night. Having looked at the website beforehand, it only made mention of a cafe and no bar on the premises. In light of this we went to the nearby pub beforehand only to later establish that there was a bar on the premises which we could have used.
Additionally, the car park and pathways were in complete darkness with no lights illuminated. This was very dangerous not being able to see what was under foot. Won't rush back.

Hello, Thanks very much for your feedback and for flagging up that there's not enough info on the website about our bar. We'll certainly add some more info about this. Unfortunately the car park lighting problems are out of our hands as the car park is owned and managed by our neighbours Heart of Worcestershire College. We're aware that there are currently some electrical issues which are affecting the lighting but they're working to remedy this. Despite that, I hope you enjoyed the show! Thanks

Took family, children and friends to childrens show at Artrix.....
As the weather was good the entertainment was performed outside
Show was quite good, however what was upsetting was the way one of the women- I presume staff-her job taking the entry tickets that morning-asked a care worker and her disabled client/wheelchair bound-from a nearby disabled residential establishment to leave the area as she didn’t have tickets!!😳🤷🏼‍♀️
Shocking!!..thankfully a lady in the audience saw what was going on too-she proceeded to go after the disappointed care worker who was pushing her client in wheelchair and offered them two tickets that she had purchased & hadn’t been used(family members couldn't make it to the show)...the care worker was delighted to have been given tickets... how mean this act was-hope the staff member reads this and will be more caring and considerate...

Artrix is amazing, the talent and variety it brings to this small little town needs more attendance and appreciation from locals. When you can get to see Lee Evans' show BEFORE he takes it to the O2, the fabulous Marcus Brigstock, Alvin Stardust and leading Ballet troops, it's just astonishing.

Just returned from a night out at the Artrix where we enjoyed Jamie Knight and the Manuka Band. Blues Big Band at its' best, a great selection of Christmas carols and superb blues ballads.
The staff and volunteers are friendly and helpful while refreshments and snacks are reasonably priced.
The Artrix has a diverse selection of acts whilst its' cinema shows great films. We saw 'What we did on holiday' last week with Billy Connelly and David Tennant a lovely, funny film about a rather disfunctional family.
A venue well worth adding to your social calendar.
