There are no toilets, cafes, or any particular facilities past a smallish car park and trails. If you want more go to Fineshades which is very close, much bigger and ready to meet more extensive needs. So Wakerley Woods. I would say it's pretty good...More

I only live about 15-20 mins from Wakerely wood and it's my nearest MTB trail so go there quite often. There are no facilities other than free car parking, pic mic tables and a locked toilet building. The MTB trail is blue grade, hard packed...More

This place used to great for dog walkers but since they got rid of the RSPB place across the road at Fineshade, all they are interested in are the "of-road" cyclsits

This a very peaceful and picturesque spot to have a long walk with dogs and family. You will easily spot Red Kites soaring above. Ample parking available free of charge.
